Even though my heart felt heavy from looking at the couple but my soul was excited to spend a week with my family, especially my sister.

I sighed and closed my eyes to take a nap before I explored the plane.

"Mister Jung, your lunch is ready!" I heard a faint voice say. I peeked an eye open then closed it again from the bright light. I groaned and sat up rubbing my eyes like a child. "What time is it?" I asked the hostess. "Around 4", she replied with a shy smile. I nodded my head and headed towards the bathroom to wash my face.
Yes, the hostess was kind and cute but not my type. I don't think I would ever be able to like anyone else other than Mahiyat.

Just like Mayesha said, I landed around midnight in Palawan. I was surprised to find the airport still crowded around this hour of the night and was more surprised when I was led through a different set of doors. There stood a girl, around the age of Mayesha, with tan skin, platinum hair and black eyes. She was smiling at me and it was so contagious that I smiled automatically when our eyes made contact.
"Anneyonghaseo, Jung Hoseok imbida! You must be Aurney?" I said and immediately bit my tongue.
Shit! I wasn't supposed to say that!
"Er.....Yes I'm Aurney and I will be your tour guide during your stay here and I'm guessing Maye told you my name?" She asked with a too sweet voice. I hesitated but then nodded my head, annoyance flashed in her eyes but then it disappeared.
"That bitch!" She mumbled quietly but I still heard it and quietly chuckled. Maybe my stay here won't be so bad after all.

"We are here! This is Maye's private home. It's a modern villa that she bought thinking about the funtimes she could have while she visited this island!" Aurney said but I only gaped at the villa. It was the most beautiful house I have ever seen, I surely need to take some pictures and send it to the guys.
"It's beautiful!" I exclaimed while still staring at the villa. Aurney giggled and motioned me to follow her. "There is an open living room and kitchen, six bedrooms and bathrooms and one guest toilet. All the bedrooms are occupied with furniture and walk-in-closets. A swimming pool outside with a small bar beside it and a parking lot for two cars." She kept on telling me all the features of the house and my mouth kept on gaping more and more.
How the hell was she able to afford these things?!
I was walking slowly behind ADP, which she had suggested me to call her, when I was suddenly knocked off of my feet and then some sticky substances coating my face. I laughed as I realized that there were three dogs licking me.
"And I forgot to tell you about these dudes, Maye trained them well and they welcome every stranger with excitement." She said, laughing slightly at my state.
She helped me up and then pointed to the black and white dog. "He's name is Husky like his species."
Then pointed on a golden dog. "Her name is Gold from Golden Retriever."
Then on the almost whitish with golden ears dog. "Her name is Labri from Labrador."
The dogs barked at us and wagged there tails vigorously as if welcoming me.
"Pretty names, it seems Mayesha is creative but doesn't he get bored for not being about to fight with other male dogs?" I questioned, obviously a female dog can't play that roughly with male dogs, in my opinion male dogs are very rough during playtime.
"I knew you would ask that, Maye actually trained them in such a way that Husky does not take Gold and Labri as normal female dogs, he takes them as warriors which is actually true and their rough playing excites Husky" She finished.
I suddenly saw this from Mayesha's perspective. Many people in this world take females, animal or human, weak. They think they are good for nothing and are just play things. That's why Mayesha had probably trained the female dogs into warriors rather than the male who is usually strong by birth.
"Come I'll take you to your room. Husky! Gold! Labri! You're treats are in the living room" Aurney said, pointing towards the living room. They seem to understand what she said and rushed to get there. "Khaja!" She said and we went up a set of spiral stairs to the second floor. "This is your room! Freshen up, I'll make dinner in the meantime" and she left me in front of my room.
I opened the door to find a large bedroom. It had a king sized bed in the middle with a window on the right hand side and a balcony door on the left side. On my right, there was no furniture except an extra chair. The wall was decorated with an abstract art which I don't want to understand at the moment. On my left side was the bathroom door, probably, and beside it was the wardrobe door. I walked towards it and opened it to find the walk-in-closet and a small vanity table inside. The room had a mixture of grey and brown furniture and sheets. The lighting had two colors yellow and white, which was changeable with one switch, for each appliance.
I was in complete awe with this place. If I ever got a chance to permanently settle then it would be this place.
I changed myself into a green shorts and a shirt written 'HOPE WORLD' and opened the balcony doors. It overlooked the sea and I looked down to see white sand. I instantly felt excited and pretty sure my family felt it too. My stomach grumbled all of a sudden and I was forced to leave my room and head downstairs.
I entered the kitchen and saw ADP humming to a tune while swaying her hips and in completely oblivious to her surroundings. She suddenly turned and yelped upon noticing me.
"Gawd, you could had at least warned me about your arrival!" She exclaimed and put her hand on her chest. I looked away before she got the wrong idea and cleared my throat, "I was about to but then you saw me. What's for dinner?" I sat down on the comfy stool and turned towards her.
I stared at her tensed back, as if she knew I was staring at her, as she quickly served our food. "You didn't eat yet?" I asked. She shook her head and presented me our dinner. It was simple, a grilled chicken with fried rice and steamed veggies. "Thank you for the food!" I mumbled and quickly gobbled up the food.
Other than the sound of our utensils clanking, there was no sound heard. We ate in a comfortable silence.

"So did you like your room?" Aurney asked when we were going upstairs again after washing our plates. "It's awesome and I can't wait to explore this island this whole week! And that too with my family......" I said and looked at her. We made eye contact and I finished my sentence, "and you."
Her cheeks tinted pink and I chuckled at her adorableness. We stopped outside my room and stood there for a few seconds but then she broke the silence with a quiet 'goodnight' and scurried away to the room, across the hall. I mumbled my own quiet 'goodbye' and entered my room.
That night, I slept peacefully to the sound of the waves crashing in the sea.
Never ever did I have such a peaceful sleep in my life.
