I wasn't really ever popular enough to hang out with those guys, the ones anyone would die for to eat lunch with. When they came to me, I was deluded enough to be more than eager to help with what they needed, I didn't intend to get so invested in them.
But I was told that that's what they all say.
In the heat of the (heavily influenced) moment, everything seemed like a brilliant idea. Messing around with what we found in the dusty old school attic of the dusty old North wing of our dusty old school. I knew what I was doing, to some extent. They wanted what I had, and I wanted them to accept me. To me it was a win-win situation.
It was a win-win situation, but not concerning me.
