"Jess" i heard mom call from downstairs "Hold on" i yelled back and ran a comb through my hair i packed my bag, Makeup Check Lunch Check Books Check. My friend Courtney picked me up for the first day of.... Wait for it.... Highschool! i was so excited i know how nerdy? i wore my fave combination of clothes a striped black and red half top and some black baggy pants and to top it off Red converse its my first pair since i spilt meatballs all over my white ones not my best moment. I left my hair out but pulled it back with a black headband. My names Jessie top dog at school teachers pet and parents favourite well sometimes, When i got in the blue Volvo Courtney looked different  last time i saw her she had long brown wavey hair like mine but now her hair was blonde and tied back in a straightened pony tail. "Courtney?" i gazed "oh do you like my new do " she trailed off "OK, who is he what does he do and how do we know him?" i chuckled she put on a pair of pink glasses and buttoned up her pink blouse "hold on tight I'll tell you when we get to the cafe " "cafe? we have to go to school!" i raised my eyebrow "calm it Jessie its 6:30 school starts at 8:50" and with that my body started to function again. We arrived at a small cafe and hopped out of the car. We sat in the corner i stared out the window we were in a odd part of the city no buildings just sand and tumbleweed rolling around the road, "OK I'm just gonna go to the bathroom join me?" she stated grabbing my wrist with her perfectly pedicured nails. When we got inside the small bathroom she removed her....Blonde...WIG haha o my god. "So now you understand" she asked shaking out her brown hair and removing her fake cuticles "Courtney...Wh..How..." i stuttered "Jessie you know how i told you my cousins moving over here to new york " i nodded she told me that he needed someone from here to get him through and that they have to look and act properly...Then it clicked "Your sneaking your cousin through" i asked she was removing her pink blouse to reveal a black tank top and under her high waisted floral skirt she wore a denim skirt and replaced her Gucci white shoes with black wedges i smiled and she started to splash water across her caked face "i did it for a good cause jess by the way hes single" she snickered furrowing her eyebrows "Ohh you should set us up" i giggled she pulled a picture out of her pocket and handed it to me linking my arm and pulling me back to the table in the picture was a tall tan boy with black hair and a nice build he is smoking this cant be him it just cant "His names Gabriel i told him about you" she snickered snatching away the photo and leaning closer "about your virgin secret" she winked i pushed her away and sighed "Gabriel aye" i smiled cupping my chin in my palm "Geez time"

i glanced at my watch 8:20. When we got to school there were basketballs and people and bags and "He's at the field"

she smiled we walked to the huge field and i had to put my hand over my eyes to see a dark shirtless figure running towards us he wrapped his huge bulky arms around Courtney then turned to me and we shared a gaze i hope the heat in my checks wasn't visible he bent down and kissed my check "I'm Gabriel he smiled call me Gabe "  i was stunned he waved his hand over my face "Uh..um..im..Jessie" i said trying to smile through my hot checks by now Courtney was gone and Gabe had pulled his black singlet on and swooped me over his shoulder i waved at courtney wow what a morning.
