my name is Chole Hathaway, 16 years old, hieght 5'3, pale white skin, dark blond hair and saphire blue eyes and i was on a mission.

i was on my way to see my best friends,Skye's because i was worried, i had been talking on the phone with her when she was heading home and then it cut off, so i pulled on a coat and off i went.

i decided to take a short cut because the other way was longer and i needed to find her fast because i knew something was wrong, i had alway had a feeling like that, as Skye called it a sixth sence but i just think she read to many books.

i was passing a alley when i heared a muffled scream and i knew that it was Skye, don't ask me how, i just knew it was and as i turned down the alley i saw something i only saw in horror films.

Skye was knocked out and being held by a man that looked about 20 years old , but i payed no attention to that. what i was paying attention to was the fact that there were two FANGS sticking out and he was about to BITE SKYE

my protective instinct kicked in and- even though my brain was sceaming at me not to and to look the other way- i ran strait for the man and tackled him to the ground.

i landed on top of him getting a good look at his face, he was very good looking pale white skin, plump lips, ligth blonde hair that fell just above his eyes, and his eyes were--my eyes widened--they were bright red!!

i kicked him where the sun dont shine and scrambled up. i looked at him he seemed surprised, but that quickly faded and he got up looking VERY pissed, and let me tell you, a pissed vampire looks scary, but i took my spot in front of Skye and stood there staring at the man.

he laughed- and let me tell you it was beautiful- but it was bitter and had hated and it had feared. he started walking toward me.

" You think you can fight me, human" he said and when he said human like was curse.

i looked at Skye and then at him and as a answer i raised my fists and got better footing.

he was about to lunge when...BANG!! i looked at the man and to my surpise he had a gun wound just above his heart. he fell to his knees and started coughing up blood.

i just stood there stunned. then 5 men, wait no scrach that 5 BOYS came from the alley ways 3 from behind the man and 2 from behind me.

when i relized this i repositioned myself so that if ethier of them the 2 boys or the man attacked i could at least try to protcet Skye.

but the 2 boys payed no attention to me their goal was the man, they passed me and Skye-not even gancing at us-and went to the man.

the other 3 boys were already there and there was one that stood up front as if that gave him a position of power but the others stood behind him quietly as if they were used to it.

thats when i started to look at their features, the on the left had light blonde hair and big blue eyes, the one on the right had dark brown hair that covered most of his face and -from what i could see- had piercing green eyes, the ones that passed us they looked like twins they both looked the same exept one had black hair and the other had bright red. But the one that stood out the most was the one in the middle guy the one that looked like he was in power, his hair black as midnight, he was a good 5'9, and his eyes were blue too but his looked more like ice than they looked like mine.

i knew they were good looking but i knew by their pale white skin and the fact they looked like they stepped out of a magazine that they were the same as the person that attacked Skye and that would have attacked me.

THEY WERE VAMPIRES!!!!!
