My parents took me on vacation before the school year started. Hawaii. The most exotic and beautiful place I had ever been to.
When we arrived at the airport in Hawaii, a walked and and smelt of salty ocean spray and the exotic aroma of fresh tropical fruit. The refreshing warm breeze against my skin. I got off the plane along with my parents and looked around.
Woodem stalls for miles along the sandstone road, selling tacky floral sunhats, jewel-embedded necklaces and bright seashells and coral. Nothing interesting.
Until I saw it. The tent was standing straight and tall on the banks of the beach, the sand almost swallowing the little tent. It's walls purple and almost see through so only a shadow of a man could be seen.
I tugged on my mum's arm and she followed me asking me, "where are we going hunny?"
We arrived at the tent, by the shore, and pulled the curtain aside and leaned in to look inside.
"Hello young girl."
