(English is in bold. Korean is in normal font)
Why my parents forced me to move all the way to Korea i'll never know. Apparently it's 'a better opportunity for all of us'. I call bullshit. I was doing so well in London man, I was so close to joining a professional dance company and of course my parents took that opportunity away from me. Now im going to have to start all over again. At least i'm attending a performing arts school here. Seoul School of Performing Arts it's called. Today is my first day and, i'm not gonna lie to you, i'm absolutely shitting myself. Making new friends has never been my speciality. Probably because of my resting bitch face. Oh and before you ask, no i'm not Korean, i'm Carribean-White."Olivia! That's 4 alarms you've slept through now, wake up!" My mom shouted as she burst into my room. I just turned over and covered my ears with my pillow. "Olivia Yee Wen." My mom didn't even need to finish the rest of her sentence for me to realise she was pissed. "If you don't get your ass out of bed right now, i'm taking your phone." And with that, I shot out of bed.
"I'm awake mom. You can leave the room now." I said while walking towards my wardrobe. As soon as she left, I let out a long sigh and relaxed a little. "Jeez she's so demanding." I mumbled as I put on my outfit for the day.
I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled. "Damn I look good." I said while checking myself out. "Anyone would be lucky to have me." But of course, no body wants me because i'm chubby as fu-I was cut off by another one of my alarms, this one telling me to leave the house before i'm late. 'Now I even have a phone telling me what to do?' I thought before I grabbed my little pink bagpack and left the house. "Bye mom! Bye dad!"
The second I stepped through the gates, I felt alienated. Not only am I a foreigner, but right now, i'm a loner too. I took out my phone and looked at the message my mom sent me a few days ago. "I'm class 3-C and my locker is number 78...where the hell that is I don't know." I put my phone away and walked into the school, absolutely clueless as to where I was going. After about 5 minutes of searching for my locker, I finally found it. I took a few books out of my bag and put my bag in the locker before turning around. The second I turned around, I bumped into someone, causing us both to fall and for my books to go flying everywhere. "I'm so sorry!" I said as I began to pick up my books. The girl just smiled and helped me. "It's fine. No need to apologise." I don't know who this girl is but I think she took all my uwu's just by smiling. She had long black hair, blue-green eyes that were super small and she was wearing an oversized jumper with shorts underneath. I could tell just by looking at her that we are going to be such good friends. Wait, does that sound creepy because I don't mean it like that at all. "You look new..." The girl snapped me out of my daydreaming and passed me my books back. "Yeah, I just moved here from England." The smalled girl smiled and looked like she relaxed a little. "Oh really? I lived there for 4 years and came back last year." You could tell from her accent that she wasn't born there but i'm not gonna lie, for a korean, her accent is really good. "At least I know I have someone to talk English to here." I said with a little chuckle while standing up. She did the same and laughed with me. "What class are you in?" Damn this girl switches languages faster than I switch my style of guys. I showed her the text my mom sent me and her face lit up. Apparently she's in the same class. To be honest, i'm so happy that she is because now I don't have to be awkward and go up to people to make friends. "What's your name by the way? Mine's Park Soyeon, my English name is Sophie but no one really calles me that." She said while walking in the direction towars our classroom. "I'm Oliva Yee Wen but you can just call me Liv." We talked for a few more minutes before finally arriving at our classroom. As soon as we walked in, Soyeon ran over to another girl. This one was a little taller than Soyeon. She had brown/magenta hair and was wearing a white tshit with a black skirt. She seemed more serious and quiet than Soyeon but what do they say? Opposites attract. I slowly walked over to the two girls and I slightly hid behind Soyeon. "It's okay Yuki doesn't bite." She said while moving over so I had no choice but to look at Yuki. I bowed my head slightly and smiled. "Hello. I'm Olivia Yee Wen, nice to meet you." Yuki smiled and went to say something but was cut off my literally every girl in the room except for Yuki and I screaming. I turned around to see what all the fuss was about and my breath was suddenly taken away. At the front of the class stood two extremely handsome boys. Surprisingly, the shorter one had more of a fierce look. He had purple hair that was pushed back to show his forehead and a jawline that could cut people it was that sharp. And the taller one had more of a cute look. He had curly brown hair that covered his forehead and a smile that could brighten up the room. "Who are they?" I asked in both confusion and curiosity. "The hot one is Jung Wooyoung and the other one is my dorky twin brother." My eyes widened. Soyeon was related to this guy?! She's blessed to be able to see him everyday. Yuki tapped my shoulder. "If I were you, i'd stay away from Wooyoung. Not only is he the biggest fuckboy known to man, Little Miss Stupid over here has the biggest crush on him." Yuki gestured towards Soyeon and I couldnt help but chuckle. If what Yuki said was correct and he really is a fuckboy, how could Soyeon still like him?
