You are 16 and live with your mum and dad in a small town called Beckinsale and  are best friends with the two drop dead gorgeous boys next door. Ethan and Grayson. Recently Ethan started acting weird and being all moody around you but you brushed it off.

Saturday morning
You wake up and get ready to head out. Today you and Grayson are going out surfing.

You head over to Grayson's and let your self in.
You: hey gray I couldn't find any sunscreen so I-
You stop when you see Ethan sitting on the couch.
You: oh sorry, do you know-
Ethan: he's out. But he will be back soon.
You: oh ok cool.
You stand there slightly awkward. Ethan looks you up and down blushing slightly.
Ethan: come sit.
You walk over and sit next to him.
You: let's watch a movie or maybe...
He looks you deep into your eyes pushing your hair behind you ear but he doesn't move his hand from your cheek. He starts to lean in but you stand up.
You: I umm- need to use the bathroom.
You go upstairs and bump into Grayson.
Grayson: what the heck are you doing here?
You: what?
Grayson: why are you in your swimsuit? I mean I'm not complaining..
You: shut up
You laugh and continue
You: you invited me over remember? We are going surfing.
Grayson: what?
Suddenly it clicks. Ethan had used Grayson's phone to get you over here so he could well..
Grayson: you alright?
You: yeah.. must have mixed something up.
Grayson: well you ended up infront of me in your swimsuit so I mean I don't mind.
He said with a wink.
He picks you up laughing.
You: aaaa! Gray-son!
You to laugh and he throws you onto his bed and starts to tickle you.
You between laughs: Grayson! Stoooop! Aaaa!
Ethan walks in a pulls Grayson off you.
Ethan: we need to talk gray.
Grayson: about what?!
Ethan: you know what I'm talking about!
Grayson: don't start with this sh*t again!
Ethan pushed Grayson
Grayson: you *ucki*ng d**k!
Grayson pushed Ethan in the jaw.
You tried pulling them apart but Ethan accidentally pushed you into the wall.
Grayson: what the *uck Ethan! Look what you did!
Ethan hits Grayson in the head knocking him unconscious. He picks you up and takes you to his room locking the door. His eyes looked furious. He pushed you against the wall.
Ethan: why would you ever want to be with him!
He screams
Ethan: he won't treat you right and-
Ethan sees the fear in your eyes and stops
Ethan: oh my god.. I'm sorry, i-i don't know what I was thinking. He sits on his bed and a tear falls from his eye.
You stand there still in shock
Ethan suddenly stands up and opens the window. He stops and turns back to you.
Ethan: I love you.
He climbs out the window and starts running into the woods.
Grayson knocks the door down and sees me standing there with big fat tears falling down my cheeks.
He runs over and hugs you. You cry on his shoulder as he whispered that it was going to be alright. I only wish it was true.

He looks me in the eye and says.
Grayson: me and e.. we had an argument.. it was about, you and how i-i love you..
You push him away and head for the door.
Grayson: wait! I'm sorry!
You: don't be sorry but right now we need to find Ethan.

Darkness starts to fill the forest and you and Grayson have been walking for an hour.
You: e-e-e-ethan!
It's freezing cold and there in know sign of him.
Grayson: w-w-w-we s-should head back now y/n.
You nod. It's not worth crying you thought because your tears would probably just freeze.
You: g-gray where are we?
Grayson just squeezed your hand.
You hear a low growl.
You: Grayson
You whisper.
Grayson: don't move a muscle.
You stand there for what seemed like years. Something walked through the leaves and with each step it got closer. Suddenly a Howl in the distance echoed through the woods. The creature stop. Sniffed the air and in a split second ran away.
You: Grayson what the heck was that.
Grayson: I... don't know.
Suddenly we heard a blood curdling scream from the Direction the creature ran. You ran towards the voice without a second thought.
???: Y/N!!
You: Ethan?
???: RUN!
Grayson grabbed your hand and you two bolted. As you emerged from the forest you were greeted by Ethan
Ethan: y/n I'm so sorry- in wasn't thinking.
You pulled him in for a kiss and the two of you break apart slowly
You: I though you f***ing died!
Ethan tried to pull you in for a second kiss but you turned away
You: e.. I didn't mean to do that, i-i was just scared and-
Ethan: its ok.

You couldn't tell but Ethan's heart dropped at those words.
Grayson caught up and ran to Ethan pulling him in for a hug.
Grayson: don't ever do that again, ok?
We walk inside and Grayson goes to get everyone hot chocolate.
Ethan: y/n are you ok?
You: while I was out there I herd someone else. They new my name. If it wasn't for them I could have died.
Ethan: are you sure it wasn't Grayson.
You: positive
