Ophellia's Pov:
I let a small smile fall from my lip's as I thought about today and what will be taking place, I will be going on my first real date since I turned 18, hopefully my first kiss will take place today as well, I can only pray that nothing will go wrong this time.
I jumped in excitment as I looked at myself closely into the mirror on my wall, I was wearing a pure black dress with a red ribbon slightly above my waist, it matched perfectly with the bottom half of the dress which was only knee high so it would show off my slim leg's, I don't really get chance's like this where I get to show off part's of my body due to the overly sized corset's lady's in my village are required to wear enless other wise told.
I quickly grabbed my phone and took a few selfies, I let a small sigh leave my mouth as I grabbed my purse and slipped my phone into the front pocket, today nothing will come between my happiness.
I felt myself slightly jump when I heard a small knock come from the front door, I looked at myself one last time before throwing my purse on to my shoulder I then slowly walked toward's the front door then quickly opened it.
"Hello love you look beautiful as alway's I felt my cheek's slightly heat up as my knee's began to feel like jello, he look's so handsome in that tux, his brown eyes went so well with his light dirty blonde hair, he was the definition of perfect in my eyes.
"Hello Daren im very flattered, thank you for the compliment" I quickly responded with a small smile that only grew the more I looked at him, I almost melted to my floor when I watched him slightly smile he then gently grabbed my hand as he bent down and softly kissed the top of it, I could feel my cheek's heat up even more with this small gesture which I thought wasn't even possible, I was quickly proven wrong.
"Shall we go now my love?" I didn't quite trust myself to speak so I slightly nodded my head as I quickly locked my cottage door.
....Few Hour's Later....
I couldn't help but think this was all a dream it's been a long time since I have been able to laugh and smile, after the hybrid king over powered human kind and took most of us to his own dimension where he ruled all that lived in it including me, he split people into different villages for a long while we were not aloud to travel nor leave are new houses we were assigned.
I quickly snapped myself out of my cruel thought's so I could enjoy my date with my beloved Daren there is no need to dread the past for I have my whole future ahead of me which I can only hope will be spent with Daren, I felt my smile appear on my face as I imagened my future with him life would be great if he and I ever married I would be able to travel outside the village for the first time.
"Love im afraid are evening must come to an end" I felt a slight frown grow on my face as he spoke those word's, I quickly looked down toward's my feet as I griped my purse slightly, I slightly gasped when I felt his soft touch upon my left cheek which caused me to look up and gaze into his eyes I felt my breathing stop in my throat as he started moving slowly toward's me, I soon felt the butterflies stir up in my stomach as my eyes fluttered shut, this is it im going to have my first kiss and nothing is going to happen this time.
My eyes quickly shot open when my left cheek hit the cold air and a big thud that had followed right after, I felt tear's fall down my cheek's as people all around gasped and started whispering cruel thing's like "she did it again" and "she is a monster" I felt myself fall down onto my knee's as I grabbed my phone and called for help, help quickly arrived and all I could do was watch as they rushed him away.
