Chapter 9

How much more perfect could this night be?

"thank you for this Nia.." "HARMONY!" ugh great this amazing moment is finally coming to an end. "YEAH MOM?" "Time to come inside!" "Bye Niall" I say giving him a quick hidden peck on the cheek so my mother didnt see. I turn about to run over to the house when he grabs my hand and twirls me back around. The speed of my turning catches me off guard and I fall into his arms. "Good night" he whispered softly in my ear "see you tomorrow" I smile and his lips find his way to mine again. He lifts me back upright and sends me on my way. As I walk away I turn back and see him still standing there smiling. I laugh and turn back around making my way to the house. I open the door and the warmth feels great on my cold hands. "Whose sweater is that" my dad questions sternly. "Oh uh its Nialls.. I got cold" "Who is Niall?" he said confused "My friend" I say inable to contain my smile. "Wait I thought this friend was a girl.. Its a boy Im not so sure ab.." "Oh William leave her alone its just a friend" my mom says defensivley. "Thanks mom" I say running up to my room so I dont have to talk anymore. Obviously they didnt see what happened. Thank goodness. I quickly close my door run over to the bed side table and grab my cell phone and dial my best friend Serenas number. If there was one person I was telling the events of this amazing evening it was her. Im not exactly popular and she is the only one I can trust.

"Hello?"

"Serena I miss you so much!"

"Harmony! It feels so good to hear your voice! How is your trip!"

"Amazing... I met somebody"

"Oh my gosh... is this somebody a boy! Tell me EVERYTHING"

I laugh and can help myself from squeeling a little bit "So I was walking around the place were staying and I tripped over this guy.."

"You tripped over a guy? Is it raining men over there?"

"Yes I tripped over a guy and his name is Niall and he is the sweetest boy ever and he invited me to a fire and he played me Hey There Delilah on his guitar and he put his arms around me" I feel the words running out of my mouth and hear her giggling in the backround "and he kissed me TWICE" this time there was full on screaming

"OH MY GOSH HARMONY THIS IS AMAZING HE SOUNDS INCREDIBLE!"

"He is.. He really is.. He is from here too. He lives right next door"

"That is so perfect. I am so happy for you girl! Text me if anything happens between you love birds, I gotta go BYE!"

"Bye" I say with a smile unable to hold in my excitement from her amazing reaction and this wonderful night. I start to jump on the bed and scream into the pillow.
