The Campfire

I did not make these characters all rights go to Rick Riordan. This is my very first story and im very excited about it beacuse I've always wanted to read more about the hunters so i created a story myself. Sorry about and spelling or grammar errors i had to type this out on my phone. The pov always will be right before the chapter starts. Im sorry its short but again this is my first story i hope you enjoy.
                           Thalia pov
We just started walking  back to camp from an awesome fight with a minitore. Finally the end of the week when our camp fire games start. Last week we played fuzzy bunny it was hilarious.
                 Flashback
We all sat down around the fire waiting for the game to be announced. Were playing fuzzy bunny Phobe declared. Our reactions were are mix of Oh Gods and HELL YES.

Mine was obviously the second option. I was so excited im going to be the champion i thought. Thats when the trash talk started.

Hey Zoe i called (were pretending shes not dead) i bet you 5 drcama that i can fit more marshmallows in my mouth than you. Your on she said confidently. We all shouted bets untill everyone went quite while i was finishing my last bet with a new hunter Leah child of Ahprodite if you can put more marshmallows in your mouth than me  i will let you die my hair bright pink! After that there were a mix of gasps, and reallys!? She stuck out her hand signaling a deal. Wait i said, if i win you cant wear any makeup for a month and you owe me 10 drcama. Everyone gasped and i smirked at the thought of her not wear makeup. I've never seen her without it. She gulped obovisly scared she then tried to sound confident while saying deal again but you could clearly hear the fear in her voice. This earned her a few snickers. Good luck with that said Phobe laughing her head off at this point i was grinning like manic making Leah uncomfortable. I looked at her and said let the games begin in a your-going-down way she looked at me nervously that made even more hunters laugh Phobe and Zoe were now laughing so hard that they were crying.

After we got them to stop laughing we started to pass the marshmallows around. We got to about the third one when everyone started to lose the challenge. It came to my turn and i fit it in i had room for probly 1 or 2 more. After me it was Leah's turn she barely managed to fit it in.

It was now down to Zoe Leah and i this was our 5th marshmallow first Zoe went she tried to put it in but ended up choking and losing the challenge.

HA that earns me 5 drcama if i fit this next one in my mouth  i thought i was kind of sad that i couldnt rub it in her face imeadilty because i had a mouth full of marshmallows.

Any way my turn was next and i started putting it in my mouth and i almost choked. I have to beat leah i thought THERE IS NO WAY IM HAVEING PINK HAIR. At this thought i managed to shove it in. All the hunters cheered... Except Leah.

She was scared i could see the fear in her eyes i would have smirked but at the moment i cant. I handed her the bag of marshmellows with an evil gleam in my eye. She obovisly noticed and looked even more fearful.

She started to force the sweet treat into her mouth but failed once her defeat was declaired i spit out my marshmallows and sumgly smiled at Zoe and Leah.

I belive that i had bets with you two i said pleased with myself.whatever mumbled Zoe as she handed over the 5 dracma whlie everyone except Leah  laughed. Shut up she snaped while pouting and sitting back down  causeing us to laugh even harder. Leah still wasnt laughing.

I turned to her and she was still sitting there in shock. You now owe me 10 dracma and you dont get to wear makeup for a month i stated smugly.

Come on hand over the money i whined. She reluctantly and over 10 drcama. She  tried to play it off like that was all she had to do and started a conversation with another new hunter katelyn daughter of Athena.

Hehem i said loudly interupting there ackward conversation about the monsters weve hunted in the last few days. You need to complete your side of the bet i stated adding some venom to my voice. She was caught off gaurd so she just nodded and went to take it off.

There was an ackward slience between the rest of the hunters not knowing what to expect when she came back.

She then walked back to the campfire axkwardly with a noctible bit of embarrassement on her face. She looked almost the same nothing big changed i dont know why shes so embarrassed i thought to myself.

Then katelyn broke the slience and started have a casual conversation about her new favorite book with Leah. The rest of us followed her lead and i had an odd coversation with Phobe about her new obsition with the color blue. This ended with us laughing so hard we were crying and the rest of the hunters going slient and looking at us with confused faces this caused us to laugh even harder.
                    End of Flashback
Were almost to our temporary camp. Im ready to keep my title as the champion i think to myself. I also wonder if Artimis knows about the games. we plan it for fridays because thats when she has to do her goddess dutys. I am lost in thought as we arrive to camp and get a fire started.

We all have small coversations with each other talking about the hunt and other random things when Phobe comes and anounces the game for this week. Were doing hunter omplyics she states excitedly. What in hades are the hunter omplyics i ask.

That is the end of the first chapter. Please tell me if i should continue this story or not and what you think about it. Im sorry if it wasnt that good this is my first time writeing.
