You were walking through the woods to clear your mind when something catches your eye. When you run up the the thing you realize it's a little bear with a green bow standing up. "What a well made bear," You said aloud. The more you stared into it's blank black eyes the more you felt tempted to pick it up which reminded you of how your friends would've reacted. They always thought you were a bit off..But they didn't pay any attention to it. You carefully picked up the bear as if it was a child. You hugged it tightly to your chest feeling memories flood into your head. A comforting warmth came from the bear, you closed your eyes submissively to the stuffed thing. You headed back to your house satisfied with finding the bear, but something uneasy started settling in your stomach making you a bit more paranoid.
Softly opening the door to your house you noticed no one was home. You hesitated to open your door but you eventually did. Everything was exactly how you left it, not a single thing touched. You decided to set the bear down on your bed then go to get something to eat. You grab a slice of your favorite pie and head back to your room with a glass of milk. When you got back the bear you had named 'Terry' was in the exact same place. "How boring...I would've thought that it would've been cursed," you giggled to yourself. You sat down next to the Terry and turned on your tv while munching on the pie you had gotten. The knife you had gotten for the pie was wasting space on your plate so you casually set it down next to the bear. "Ugh..I'm stuffed," you remarked with a huff. You grabbed the plate walking to the kitchen once again to quickly clean off the dirty dishes.
After a quick room you return to your room with the bear placed exactly where you left him but instead of the knife you find a photograph a picture of you holding the stuffed bear. At first you didn't remember having the picture taken but when you picked up the dusty thing the memory flooded in.
You standing there with an unfamiliar lady holding the camera. You were in a beautiful field, the bear tightly clutched in your grasp.
Snap...................You dropped the photograph in horror, who was that random lady that looked somewhat familiar? You looked over at the bear grabbing it to feel comfort and safety. "Wh-who was that strange lady?" You asked the bear. "Ok as long as we're safe," You murmured. "We...Are," Is what you heard Terry say, although it was dead silent.
It was 8:30 and your parents still weren't home. You grumbled in annoyance as you got ready for bed. A knock stopped you in your tracks. "Who's that?" You turned to Terry, "Gift...for...you," He said. You walked to the front door slowly creaking it open. A tight package that contained a big butchers knife inside, sharpened as sharp as it possibly could. You gently run your finger around the knife, wincing in pain. You walked back to your room asking what you're supposed to do with a sharpened butcher's knife. "The...Lady...The..Lady...The.Lady...THE LADY" It screamed making you tightly hold your hands. You screamed and Terry stopped feeling satisfied.
"Hey honey! Sorry I got home so late.." A familiar voice called. "Kill...She's here to hurt us..."
you ran into the kitchen raising the butcher's knife and bringing it down on the unfamiliar lady's head. "We must kill more...we must feast..." We said. We ran into the woods, looking for campers or a new host. The bloodied butcher's knife was in our back pocket safely tucked away and unseen."Ca..mp...ers" We smirked. We ran towards them, their faces lighting up due to the fire in front of them. We snuck into their tent and you placed me carefully down adjusting my bow so that everything looked perfect. You smiled down at me one last time before slitting your throat. My sewed up mouth opened at the smell of your blood. I feasted like a king. The blood stains were licked up just in time. "Mommy look at the pretty bear!"
