This is turning into am AU so let me clarify some things.
Egos in this Universe are either extremely tall for a human stand point, or can manipulate sizes of either themselves or others.
Tinies exist in this universe and wild ones are still referred to as borrowers. I'm still thinking about the development of this so it'll help if you guys ask questions.

If Bim Trimmer is still a cannibal in this universe how can he safe vore someone?
Bim is one of four Egos that can manipulate his stomach and it's acids. Basically all he has to do is think not to hurt you, and you're fine.
