the big five:in the beginning

chapter 14

Elsa's P.O.V

"anna, it's lovely to see you." jack said sarcastically, to which i sent him a death stare.

"save it frosty." she retaliated as she was about to go up and punch him. but then two dark figures stepped out from behind her. one male and one female.

"now, now Anna. you'll have your vengance soon enough." the woman said in a sinkly sweet way. if you couldn't speak English you'd think she was saying something motavational to her child. i took a closer look at the woman. she had curly hair like Merida's but black turning slightly grey and really pale blue eyes, but they almost looked colourless.

"mother!" rapunzel gasped as she stepped up to the woman.

"you should have listened to me rapunzel. look at the mess you've gotten yourself into." the woman smirked. and turned to look at me.

"oh so this is the one the prophecy states." she looked at me like it was some sort of joke. i wanted to just crawl up into a ball and hide.

i looked and hiccup had stopped playing with the dragons and the dragons were almost cowering at the sight of Anna. rapunzel was in shock and Merida had her bow at the ready while Jack stood next to me and i held his hand so i wouldn't feel so small.

"what prophecy." merida yelled as she aimed her bow at the woman. "who are you?" 

"it doesn't matter. so elsa you haven't told them yet." pitch sneared at me "well listen. you have a chance Elsa. i can show you how to use your power, you can be the queen of ice and snow." i know deep down he ws right. i did want that, but more people would be hurt because of me. i should just stay away and not hurt people.

"what makes you think i want that." i snapped.

"come on elsa. you're handed everything, the throne and power and a chance to escape the darkness and you're throwing it away." anna yelled in my face. but was pulled back by pitch who calmed her down. it took me a minute to notice pitch was flaring her jealousy to make her furious and confused and easy to control.

"anna listen to me." she looked like she didn't want to but i spoike before she could argue. "you're sad and scared and angry and pitch is using that to manipulate you mind. Anna, you're my little sister. the same person who would wake me up in the middle of the night so we could built snowmen in the throne room. the same person who would help me prank our tutors and the same person who would hug me every night when i began to get the nightmares."

"and you shut me out, you can't tell me who i am." she screamed. 

"i know but people make bad choices when we're sad and scared and stressed. but anna you don't want this, the anna that i knew would never want revenge because she was so sweet and innocent and kind." i stopped as i saw her eyes flickered from electric green to a calmer green until they settled a calmer green and anna smiled up to me.

"elsa." her voice was no longer angry and vengeful, it was scared. she ran up to hug me but as she did i felt the same burning and we both jumped apart and looked at each other in shock. i handed her my gloves which i still wasn't full comfortable parting with, but she looked more scared than me which i didn't think was possible.

"i've lost control, you're up." pitch whipered to the woman.

"Elsa is wearing a protective necklace. i can't get to her."

"then get to her sister." he snarled back. she noddeed simply and stepped forward pointing her index finger at anna as i stepped infront of her protectively and she began to speak. "Anna you knew the consequences." she snarled and Anna fell down screaming while they both grinned in amusement at her pain. i was to confused to control my powers. it just churned inside me waiting to be unleashed. i sat down next to my crying sister trying to calm her.
