Anon asked: You meet the other boys for the first time preference??
Okay, so I wasn't sure if you wanted like, you're dating one of the boys and meeting the other four for the first time or you're just meeting each of the five guys for the first time. I went with the first interpretation because I figured it would be more fun to write :P If you want the other one, just send me another anon telling me to write it and I'll get right on it :) Now, without further ado:
The One Where You're Dating Will and He Brings You to an IM5 Movie Night
"You know, I could just make a left and we can go see a movie at the theater--I think Guardians of the Galaxy is still playing--" you shook your head, placing a hand on Will's arm.
"Will, calm down. I'm sure they're great," You assured him, brushing your thumb over his jacket for a soothing touch.
"I know, but I'm just warning you that they're--"
"Obnoxious?" you finished for him. You'd been asking for weeks to meet the rest of Will's band and because of the band's closeness, it was pretty much the equivalent of asking to meet his family. You both knew that. Will always had the best stories about the band and he did like being around them. When he finally offered for you to meet them on one of their Friday movie nights, he was nervous as Hell and didn't stop warning you about how crazy and ridiculous they were. It was actually pretty cute.
"Obnoxious, crazy, immature, insane, annoying--"
"Will," you said with a soft, but stern voice. "If you love them, I'm sure I will too," you assured him. His muscles seemed to relax at that and you allowed for a little smile to yourself. This was why you two were perfect for each other. There was a comfortable silence the rest of the way to Dana's house and as Will opened the door, he took your hand almost protectively, like something was going to attack you the second you walked in. You rolled your eyes, but a smile slipped onto your lips.
"Hey, look who it is!" Someone shouted and Cole walked over, smacking Will's shoulder gently in a hello as he took your hand, bringing it to hips lips slowly with his eyes trained on you. "Mademoiselle," he said with a cocked eyebrow and a low voice. Will practically yanked you away, wrapping his arm around your waist. "Alright, that's enough," Will said as Cole ran away laughing like a four year old.
"Guys, this is--"
"(Y/N)" Gabe finished for him. "Yeah, Will talks about you like, all the time," he said with a straight face, chewing nonchalantly on a piece of gum. "It's really fucking annoying."
"Aw, Gabe's just upset that we've never let him bring Alex over to movie night," David said with only a slightly condescending tone. Dana shoved David aside like it was his turn to have center stage now.
"No no no, David you weren't around the one time we let Alex come over. Pretty sure those two broke a record for longest make out session."
"Alright Dana, why don't you come give me this lecture once you can actually get a girlfriend. When Will has a girl before you do, you know you're doing something wrong."
"Oooh!" Cole laughed, patting Gabe's back like he deserved a reward for that dis.
You looked around at everyone, not really knowing how to reacted. By this point they were all talking over each other and arguing and laughing and even Will at your side was joining into it. It was a light atmosphere and way more enjoyable than Will had made it out to be the last few days.
You were pretty much falling asleep on the ride home. The night had been a blast with no one actually watching the movie and everyone picking on Will. David was absolutely adorable--a little ditsy, but it was cute. Cole was definitely a gentleman, but could be the most immature a lot of the time. Not that you minded. He was a blast. Gabe was either bursting out laughing, staring down at his phone, or rolling his eyes in the corner while Dana went from a clown one minute to super chill the next.
"Will?" you said, half asleep with your head rested against the window.
"Yeah?" he responded softly. He wasn't nearly as tense as he had been the past few days and had stopped telling the boys to quit being immature about halfway through movie night. It was comforting knowing that he was comfortable sharing that side of himself with you.
"Thank you. They're all great--seriously." Will hummed with a smile and reached out to hold your hand the rest of the ride home.
Wanted to make this longer, but I've been trying not to write as much for these fills. :P Thanks for reading! :D
