Well today is going great. Fifteenth minutes late to my interview and only two weeks to pay rent. Life couldn't get better could it. Well here i am speeding in my fricking car trying to make it and hope i get the job that now seems impossible to get. I mean probably wasn't the best idea to go drinking last night but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I've finally reached the building my untrustworthy sat nav has led me but i'm hoping that for once it's right. Looking up was terrifying, the grey marble skyscraper towering over the other buildings in the area. Rushing into reception i walked up to the desk full of blondes. Surprised? Nope.

"Urm--" i began

"One minute...." well this isn't awkward at all.

"Look I'm kinda in a hurry? please?" who was i trying to fool being nice? Screw it. "Just give me the floor for my damn interview and get off your phone you gremlin."

Well that was one way to get her attention but if you were there you'd understand. The look she gave me as well. Classic. But hey it worked so now i'm making my up eighteen floors to see the 'CEO' because i'm late. Whoops.

When the elevators finally opened i was greeted by another reception of blondes who immediately directed me to a huge oak wood door. Knocking once i was greeted by the oh so familiar 'come in' voices you get in those crappy books. Anyway that leaves me to here, sat in a chair that costs more than my apartment with the 'ceo' facing the window that really doesn't need to be that big. I was literally screwed and still jobless. Goodbye apartment and life. Charlotte will really love to hear this. Charlotte ,being my best friend, would probably laugh then drag me to go to the bar cause 'I've had a bad day'.

"Miss Diaz?"

"Er... yes sir"

"Right, qualifications?"

"On my CV if you want to look." I replied instantly regretting my response. It was the first time he had looked up and god damn, he was smoking hawt. I mean i ain't one to deny it so who cares? Not me obviously. Maybe i should go back to school and learn how to actually have a conversation with someone without pissing them off but what fun would that be?

"I would watch your mouth if you want to get the job, Diaz."

"Sorry.." Eh now that i think about it, it was pretty funny. Containing my smile i replied;

"I'm good at managing and organising, I've had experience in the work field and I've got a masters in finance at university. I'm  very social and not bothered about speaking to people."

Without a reply to my answer he just glanced my way then turned to look at the giant window again. What an arse.

"You may leave now Miss Diaz." But instead i still sat there looking blindly at the back of him. Again he turned to face me but said nothing. He simply gazed, nothing showing on his face. Ugh. I've had enough now, standing up on the plush carpet i made my way to the door, deciding whether to turn around or not i just simply opened the door and made my way through making sure to slam the door shut hoping to piss him off.
