"Thanks", you say passing him the empty glass after you chugged down the pill. He smiled and put the glass away.

"I should get going", you say picking at the edge of your dress. He mocked, "Seriously? You live next door, it's not like you'll be late anyway."

"Yeah, seriously, I need a shower before my parents come back from grocery shopping. Wouldn't want them to smell the alcohol, now do we?", you harshly tell him. He faked a serious look, nodding with the pouty pierced lip of his "Sure, whatever you say."

You tap your foot against the floor, "Don't you have an exam or something coming up?", you ask him. He sighed, unfortunate, "Yeah, I'm guessing you do, too." You nod then exhale, "Oh well, gotta do what you gotta do. See you around, Luke."

He bit on his lip as he walked behind you, showing you to the front door you desired to walk out through. "Bye, Y/N", he raised his fingers lightly instead of actually waving goodbye.
