Random Lady: excuse me! but i've been waiting for almost an hour and polina still haven't arrived. this is unacceptable

Yesi: hold that thought freddy.. excuse me jessie.. *walks away from her client and walks to upset lady* what time was your appointment ma'am?

Lady: 2:30 and it's now 3:21!

Yesi: freddy have you spoken with polina?

Freddy: no *looks on caller ID*

Yesi: i'm so sorry about your wait ma'am. this is so unlike polina. this is very unprofessional and i genuinely apologize for her behavior. if you don't mind freddy here *points to freddy* specialize in the same field as polina and she would be glad to assist you.

Lady: sure, why not. i've been here long enough might as well get something done.

Yesi: once again i truly apologize *watches the lady walk back with freddy and looks at yoshi* she has completely lost her mind

((Few Hours Later))

Freddy: *walking up front with client* once again mrs davidson i'm so sorry for your wait

Mrs.Davidson: no problem i am very satisfied with the service thank you very much!

Freddy: you're so welcome i'll see you in three weeks

*client walks out and jóse walks in*

Yesi: *sits in her chair* this is crazy. lina has never pulled anything like this

Jóse: *mugs yoshi and freddy* have you called her?
