The Kingdom

Hi, I am Vanessa Watson.
And This Is My Story.

It was a rainy day. Even in the day it was dark, I was getting ready. "It's Been 9 years Since..." I said to myself. A lump formed in my throat as soon as those words escaped my mouth. Even after all this time, it hurts...All these years I've been trying to figure it out, But nothing. I didn't knew what was going to happen next. But today I had a little hope, a hope that finally I'm going to find something about..

"Vanessa lets go you're going to be late for school" My Mom shouted
"Coming"

I reached my College. I was keeping my books in the locker.
"Hey do you read the book 'FATE' by 'James Arthur'." A boy Asked. He was the same height as me, he had sea green eyes,he wore a simple black T-Shirt and blue torn jeans.
"Um.. Yeah, Why?"
"Its Just that I really like that book, I hope you don't Think I'm Weird"
"Oh! Its Fine"
"Are You Vanessa Watson?"
"Yes I am. How did you know that?"
"Principle Hudgens Told me to find you. He told me to give you this Letter."
"Oh,"
I read the letter.
"He wants me to be your tutor?"
"Yeah actually I'm new here. And also Weak at economics. So Principle Hudgens told me to ask you."
"Well,ok I can tutor you, so meet me in the Library later."
"Thank you, I'm Alexander Wills, but you can call me Alex."
We shaked Hands. He had a tattoo on his wrist. I didn't ask him about that. So after that we talked till are classes started.

A few days went by. I used to tutor Alex, staying back for a hour after college in the library.

A few months went by. Alex and I became close. We used talk about various types of books and authors. We had a lot in common like reaching out for thr same book in the library during break time, our shared love for history and loathing the very sight if our maths teacher.

After a few days later. I was in the library and suddenly Alex came to Me running.
"You've got to read this book"
"Ok. But why were you running. What's in this book?"
"In this book, many mysterious places are mentioned, you won't believe there is a magical kingdom right here, I mean near the woods."

My mouth went dry on hearing that,as though a whole week's dehydration hit in in less than a moment.

"In these woods? what else is written about that kingdom?"
"It says that the kingdom's princess ran away from there and she's nowhere to be found."
"You know I have notice that something is weird in these woods"He told me.
"Yo-you have? Like what?"
"One day I was exploring the woods. And I reached somewhere near north,I guess and I tried to move forward, But I couldn't in fact reached our campus. I thought That I took a wrong turn or something. Weird right, but I didn't think it was a big deal."
"Alex can you take me there,into the wo-woods?"
"Yeah,sure. Let's do some adventure. Lets go tomorrow after college is over."
"Ok"

After that I went home. At dinner I was only thinking about the book about that kingdom.

"Vanessa? Vanessa!" My Mom exclaimed
"Ye-Yes what happened"
"Are you Okay?"
"Yes I-I am"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes Mom, its just I am tired,I'm going to bed, Night Mom."
"Goodnight, Honey."

The Next Day.
I was ready to go into the woods. All these years I've been trying to... but now I've finally got the chance. A chance to discover my REAL FAMILY...

Hello Guys,This is my first story. I hope you liked the first chapter. I know it might be confusing, but all your questions will be answered in the next chapter.
