Deploy Yourself

One of the main reason behind the establishment of the education system by society was to create a standard of employment. Though the initiative was not totally an inconvenient approach, but the results has narrowed the minds of many to the extent of eliminating any possibility of deployment thoughts in the minds of the people.
What do I mean by deployment. This is the ability to fully manifest the gift in you, such that people are attracted by it there by making it a business.
The number one motivator  of an individual's  pursuit of education is employment
We are trapped with the mentality of pursuing a career so we can end up employed somewhere.
We have degraded our values to the numbers written on the pay cheque we receive every month.
We believe that we are not worth more than our salaries and we have limited our use to society to the level of our education.

My question is, Do you think you are worth the pay cheque you receive every month?

Do you believe your value is in the level of your education?

Do you think the less educated you are the less valuable you are to society?

Unless you change this concept, you can never arise above the level that society restricts you.

God created you with a gift that the world awaits to benefit from and your value is in the gift He gave you, in other words your gift is your source of wealth.

I will illustrate this by using the concept of a seed.
The fact about a seed is that, it is nothing more than just a small grain but the truth about it is that, trapped in it, is a tree. In fact a forest. If you plant the seed in the soil it will produce a tree that will bear fruits that has seeds that will germinate trees that will produce fruits that has seeds and the process goes on. At the end of the process we have a big forest. Yet in the beginning it was just one seed.
In essence the seed isn't everything there is, there is something greater on the inside.

The same concept applies to you. The person we see is nothing compare to what is hidden on the inside, there is so much more about you that the people around you will be amazed if they find out. Your mind will be blown away if your gift is exposed to your eyes. You will realise how precious and unique you are and You would be amazed to see how much the world needs what you have should your potential be unveiled.
Your value has nothing to do with the extent of your education but the gift you have.

But there is a problem...

Though a seed has a forest in it, it is also possible for the forest in the seed to never come alive.

Despite the amount of potential a seed may have, if you put it in the wrong environment, it will not germinate. It will remain as it is because you have violated a principle. In order for the seed to grow into a tree, it requires the correct environment.
This means the gift( the tree) alone is inadequate for maximisation, it needs a proper environment.
There is no doubt that you were born with a gift.
Whether you are aware of it or not. You have it. But the question is, will we ever see it?

Dr Myles Munroe said,"The wealthiest spot in the world is not the oil fields of Iran or the diamond mines of South Africa or The uranium mines of The Soviet Union. The wealthiest spot in the world is the cemetery, because buried in it are dreams that never came true, books that were written, plans that never exceeded the walls of the mind. Song that were never written or sang, and so many unexploited potential, what a tragedy."

You are likely to be a candidate of the wealth of the cemetery, if you die with the ability inside of you.

If you take the seed and place it in the correct environment, in the soil, pore some water and with a little aid from the sun through the process of photosynthesis, it will germinate and produce a tree. The result will become an attraction to many other things, such birds, etc, simply because its value is seen.
The only time your value is noticed is when you gift becomes prominent

With no doubt,you have a gift and just as a seed you need a proper environment for your gift to come alive.
The same principle that upholds the growth of a seed to a tree is very much  applicable to the maximization of one's gift.

The first and most important principal, is the transition of environment. As long as you keep the seed anywhere else but in the ground it will never manifest its true nature. If you put a seed on tiled floor for instance, despite the potential of it becoming a tree, it will remain a seed for as long as it is on that spot.
The same applies to you. A wrong environment can be very toxic to the gift you have. If you are constantly around time wasters, discouraging friends, friends who do not challenge your thinking or people that are going no where or those not doing anything, your gift will never externalize. Your friends should be those that motivates you with their own success, it should be those that will stire up your dream. You need an environment that fertilizes your gift.

This leads me to the second principle,
The fertilisation of the ground. The ground must be constantly watered for the seed to sprout. This means, the moment  you change your environment to one that promotes your gifts, when you associate with people that encourages you, books that motivates your dreams and sermons that sustains your determination, you need to keep that company until your gift is ready to birth.

Thirdly, Whatever the seed absorbs or any process it undergoes in the soil upholds it to the manifestation of its true potential.
The process of photosynthesis, the absorption of water and all other aspect involved in the process of the growth works together to germinate the tree out of the seed.

Take note the process only enhances the seed to the original thing it 's suppose to become, it doesn't make it anything else but what it should be.

The motivation for everything you do should promote the person you were born to become. Your education must revolve around you emerging into the person in you. You need to change your concept for going to school. You should go to school so you can nourish and polish your gift not necessarily for employment.  As a matter of fact, when you master your gift you become deployed, you create your own empire.Your education must promote your gift, your career must be a catalyst to your passion. Don't educate yourself out of your gift.
When your are involved into something that contradicts your passion, dissatisfaction is the result.

Fourthly, your value is in your gift. When a tree sprouts out of a seed, it becomes a subject of attraction, birds and other creatures are attracted to it. Your value is not in the level of your education or numbers of titles you have but in the manifestation of the gift you were born with.

And finally, the destiny of a seed is no where else but in the seed itself. A tree only derives from a seed and no where else. A tree can never emerge from a bird or anything else only from a seed.
The person you are destined to become can only come out from you and no one else.
God hides what a thing is suppose to become in the thing itself. Your future isn't ahead of you, it's inside of you. You have no where else to look for it but deep inside of you. Your are closer to your destiny than you are to your insecurities. The person you were born to become is your closest company because He or She is trapped in you and until you discover your gift, creation will be lacking something you can offer.

Prayer
Dear God, you know me more than anyone or anything else in  the universe because you created me and only You knows the decree of my potential.
Reveal to me who I am so I will live according to my standard
I refuse to rob the world of the precious gift that you have place in me
Give the grace to maximise my potential and live life to fullest
