Ever since Little Dre i have been a huge fan of Leondre Devries. He has helped me get through so much since then. then there was a change he had met Charlie Leneham via Youtube and then formed Bars and Melody aka BAM. after a while BS1114 was invented only us original bambinos will know this. the day they auditioned for Britains got Talent was one of the best days of my life as you could see how much they wanted it. I think everybody knew that they were going to go far in the competiton to be completley honest. once they walked on stage the audience cheered and then they introduced themselves. As you know David Walliams just tried being funny which worked i was like arw bless. Anyway they were asked what they would be singing and leo said hopeful but the rap is mine. They were asked what it is about and they said its an anti bullying song as they are strongly against bullying. They then started to sing Hopeful. I remember Leo saying how Aliesha Dixon is his insporation and how he wouldnt have been rapping without her. My heart just melted it was so adorable. When Charlie started to sing the chorus everything was just even more perfect. LEO and CHARLIE are the ones i my eyes they are the real winners. After the song ended everyone was on their feet including the judges. The audience started to chant push the gold push the gold and as you know Simon was the ony judge to not have pressed his buzzer. After listening to the audience he got up out of his seat and pressed the golden buzzer. They got through to the live shows and their reaction was amazing i was crying by that point. they both went of to rehearse for their semi final performance which they sang missing you. By then poor Charlie had gone and broken his arm again bless him. At this pont i wish there was a buzzer to the final as they would have definatly been chosen. It seemed they did not need a buzzer as they won the public vote and went soaring into the grand final to see if they could win the show. In the grand final they sang their audition song Hopeful they even had a choir suppporting them at the back of the stage. The set was perfect, they Are perfect. As they sang for the final time in the compition they never in a million years thought that this would happen to them. Once again another triumphant performance was delivered from the boys. In the results show it was so tense as i was really hoping BAM were going to win but they came third and lost out to collabro who are a musical theatre boyband. In my eyes Leondre and Charlie will always be my winners but most of the previous years winners havent done so well in a way im glad they didnt win. This way they could do things how they wanted to. A short time after the competition there was an article written in the sun saying how the boys had got a record deal. They found out through that article. They couldnt believe how lucky they are but they should ave found out before the rest of the world did. A month or two after the show they released their debut single which as everyone knows was Hopeful. The boys let some bambino fans be in the video in a way i feel its like a thankyou for everything. I am incredibly proud of them Hopeful has over 4 MILLION views on youtube which means they will deffinatly be around along time. Thank you so much BAM you have changed mine and alot of peoples lives from just being yourself we wiill be greatful always and cant wait till you release a shining star video.
