This will be a short one...yeah

Enjoy!

Narrator's POV

Ever since you went outside of your apartment to have a walk around the quiet streets, you felt like not going back again. Maybe you belong somewhere far, or somewhere-----outside of this planet. You continued to walk before your stomach growled in hunger. Smiling, you took your sling-bag took a small snack out of it. You removed the wrapper and inhaled the scent of the snack. Immediately, you took a bite and continued walking down the streets, "It's a wonderful day indeed. Good thing it's not raining anymore-" A loud thunder boomed from above and you quickly paused. What a coincidence! Now you feel garbage when you stated that. You looked up, and saw a few clouds clumping together to form a grey and bigger cloud. Although the sun still shined bright. Huh, weird,

"Seriously? I can predict the wrong future? Nice." You sarcastically remarked before continuing to walk down as you took a bite. Then, you found a wooden bench, and you approached it. Dusting off the leaves and dust on it, you finally sat down,
"Interestingly, it hasn't start raining yet!" You exclaimed to no one with your mouth full, "Unless there's magic." You added after swallowing the food. Magic-----you do believe it but only the illusionary ones. Not those elemental, tarot readings  and other ridiculous stuff. Tarot readings would sound creepy since they're telling something a client ahead of time. This type of "magic" makes you roll your eyes or yawn.

You leaned your head, to the angle you're looking at the sky, getting darker. You ignored it and began to daydream about things you could've done when you were in childhood. You cannot change the past anyways, so what's the point of thinking about them? You suddenly felt a drop hit your cheek. It fell from the skies, but you ignored it.
Another one fell and hit your forehead-----you simply shrugged it off, and then more raindrops followed,
"Oh seriously? Geez." You grumbled before getting up to quickly find a shade. Unfortunately, the nearest one you can find took 2 minutes to get there. You had no choice though,
"Why are the skies are kinda gloomy today?" You commented as you quickly ate your snack, "I mean, what's going on-" You then saw a rushing car and saw a small puddle near the sidewalk. The vehicle then quickly drove over it, resulting the dirty water to splash onto your outfit, even your food, "Damn it." You can only comment, and threw the food to the nearby trash can. You're not soaking though & that's the good thing but your face and hair were wet. Some parts of your hair were dry though,

"Having a bad day, hun?" A sudden voice asked you out of the blue, "Yeah, technically." You replied in disappointment. You then looked at the man who asked you at your right side. There he was, tall and attractive, holding a black umbrella to protect you from the rain. He was also wearing a black denim jacket and a pair of dress pants. Odd choice of clothing but still looks cooler than you, "What about you sir?" You finally asked after a short-termed silence, "Just mediocre. But the rain is quite relaxin'" He replied with a sweet smile, even if he's not looking at you, "Rain is relaxing, unless it's acid." You commented with a smirk. He then looked at you with that look, and chuckled,
"You're right." Both of you laughed a bit until it died down. The stoplight went red, even though there's no cars. You then walked down the pedestrian lane, ignoring the rain that manages to wet your clothes, "Excuse me." The same man called out before quickly walking towards you as he held tight his black umbrella, "You should have told me you must be going." He politely remarked as you continued to walk, "I'm sorry about that sir." You apologized as both of you finally arrived the end of the lane,
"It's fine. Maybe you were nervous." He replied with a gentle smile.

Seconds felt like minutes, or even hours. Both of you sat on the bench as you observed the rain dropped down from the shade of a plaza, "Sir, I forgot to ask you-----what is your name?" You asked him with curiosity. He then took a card with a flick of his hand, and gave it to you with an amused smile. You then took it and read his name, "Dr. Facilier." You whispered, "Echante." He remarked with the same smile and offered his hand for a shake, "The name's (Y/n). Nice to meet you." You gladly took his hand while smiling and shook it, "(Y/n). Such a lovely name, for a lovely lass." He playfully stated with a grin. There goes your cheeks, all turned pink, "And a great name, for a great-----gentleman." You simply replied, covering your awkwardness. And both of you began to chat about other simple things like hobbies pet peeves and such more. Except your dislike towards tarot reading.

"Are you busy, (Y/n)? I could do a free reading if you don't mind." He suddenly asked you as the rain began to change into a drizzle, "Well," You thought for a moment. A tarot reading huh? Maybe you could try-----for the last time. After all, this will be your last chance, "I know you don't like those things, but maybe you could try?" He added and before he knew it, you accepted his offer, "Sure, why not." And then both of you went to his office that was quite near.

"We've met again, (Y/n)." He whispered before taking your hand gently before kissing the top of it, "Yeah." You sheepishly replied as your heart fluttered, "Now," He started before gaining his posture, "Shall we?" He offered his hand. Without thinking, you took it swiftly with a smile before he smiled back. You were finally glad that the party continued even there's heavy rain. And thank golly he's invited since you admired him...a lot. But does he like you?

Of course...

That's the end fellas. Glad it's finished. Sorry if it's...lowkey terrible. Wrote this nearly midnight oof.

Farewell!
