I actually don't see Pregame Ouma/Kokichi as a nervous and innocent bean. I know most people portray him that way, and I don't have anything against that, but for me personally it's just hard to imagine him that way XD I see Pregame Ouma as a quiet type of person who often offers help when it comes to anything medical-related, and while he doesn't particularly like socializing, he becomes more outgoing once you earn his trust.
