It's been about.. I'd say an hour, maybe two, since we left to find Keld. Luckily we found these horses (I'm calling mine Kyle!) and we're in a forest, following a voice only Keld and Noobie could hear.

I feel so normal right now! Note the sarcasm.

I already am.

What the fart? Who said that!?

I did you dimwit.

How?!

I can talk to anyone I please. Plus, your friend forgot to mention earlier that this Keld of yours will soon become very useless in my secret plan.

What plan?

If I told you then it wouldn't be a secret.

I thought about what he said for a moment, and then it finally struck me.

He just told me Keld's gonna die.

Bingo! Oh, and just so you know, your other friends can hear too.

I looked over at Matt and Noobie. Matt had a shocked expression on his face, while Noobie just stared at the ground guiltily.

"Is this true?" I asked her. She just continued to look down.

"IS THIS TRUE?" I asked again, it came out angrier then I'd hoped. The only way I could tell she'd heard was that she flinched, and nodded slightly. Matt looked at her sympathetically.

"Why would you keep something like that from us?" I question again.

"I thought it'd be better if you didn't know. I thought you guys would panic, and we'd just rush in and get ourselves killed too." She looked up at me with saddened eyes. Matt continued to look at her, full of pity.

I turned away shocked by what she'd said. How could she keep something that important from us?

"Noobie, I know what you mean. Now, to lighten the mood I'll tell you one of my famous Jamaican stories," Matt said proudly. Noobie and I groaned.

"Once upon a time, I went to my dentist..." he started, speaking in his accent. I heard a rustle in the bushes. My head snapped towards the sound.

Nothing.

"He told me I that if I'd forgotten my retainer again..." I heard him continue. There was another rustle. I turned my head again.

Nothing.

What the heck is going on?

"So I dropped an anvil on his head, and I've never had to worry about my retainer since!" He finished cheerily. I heard another rustle, and this time I ignored it. Noobie must have heard it though because I saw her looking around anxiously. She then leaned in while looking at a single spot.

"I think someone's following us. Do you think you can shoot them down?" She whispered. I replied with a small nod.

"Hey! Are we keeping secrets now?" Ugh, why do you have to do this Matt?! I saw Noobie lean in, and she must have whispered the same thing to Matt because he nodded too. I decided to wait before I shot the arrow, just to be sure someone was actually there.

I heard another rustle.

I quickly grabbed my bow, loaded it, and shot the arrow towards the sound. Thank goodness I actually paid attention to Mitch's lessons! I was also pretty good with a bow in the real world too.

There's that.

Mainly the lessons though.

I heard a yelp of pain from the bushes. We quickly got of our horses, and raced to the bush the yelp came from, with our weapons drawn of course. We aren't stupid!

That could be debated.

Oh shut up!

Matt took the honor of pushing the leaves aside. I held the string of my bow back tight, in case they moved.

"Who are you, and why were you following us?" Noobie replied defiantly. You couldn't even tell that she'd been sad a moment ago. The person's only reply was a groan of pain. I finally got a good look at him. (or so I'm guessing)

He had a cloak on, to keep us from seeing his face, and... and... I actually can't see anything because the cloak is covering the rest of him too.

No dip! Just pull the stupid hood off!

What did I tell you? Oh right, shut up!!

I put my bow down and away, so I have a free hand, and walked carefully towards the man. Noobie and Matt watched with careful eyes, both with their weapons still drawn in case he tried something.

The man started to back away some, he was clutching onto his knee. That must have been where I hit him.

Well there is an arrow sticking out of it...

Ugh.... how did Keld deal with you?

I edged nearer and he just backed away. Matt got behind him so he would stop doing this. The next time I moved he bumped into Matt, and he looked up to see what he hit. While he was distracted, I had the time to grab the hood and pull it off. All of us gaped at who it was.

It was Adam.

----/(•_•)\----

What?! Adams here?!?

Did I surprise you? *pokes* Huh?

Well, I wanted this chapter to be special!

Now schools started so there's less time on up dates... ugh...

Well... uh... bai!

Keld :3
