Who said i didn't love you?

My pulse was racing, my palms were sweating and my eyes were fixed on her chestnut eyes. My anger was about to burst but some how she still managed to give me butterflies in my stomach. 

I quickly walked up to her making sure she could hear my heels clicking in frustration and pulled her away from her loud friends to the side of the almost empty corridor. 

"so ur running for counsel just to get back at me? That's low Penelope even for you!" 

Her lips twisted forming a smug smirk and her eyes darted back up to mine. 

" you used to like it when I went low"

 I looked down hurriedly trying to hide my blushed cheeks. My heart was beating like drums and my brain tried to make sense of what she had said. 

"You know what I meant"

 I couldn't help it but try to glance down at her lips with out her looking. She saw me looking and bit her lip while guiding my chin with her finger

 "my eyes are up here Josie"

 I could feel my walls caving under her touch and I knew I had to pull away but I just wanted more than anything to continue looking into her eyes.
