She then sees a table and at this table is a man. Alice asks "Who are you and what are you doing?" The man looks at her and says "Forgetting's just forgetting, except when it's not. Then they call it something else. I'd like to forget what you did. I've tried, but I can't." Alice looks at him and asks "What have I done?" The man looks at her and says "The world is upside-down, Alice. Inmates run the prison and worst of all... I'm left tea-less!" Alice says a little angry "You're no help at all!" The man says "Would you like to have answers to everything you ask?" Alice says "Of course I would now please tell me who you are?" He then stops his task and says to her "Well I am The Mad Hatter and I am trying to fix this doll for the doll maker." Alice asks The Mad Hatter

"Who is the doll maker?" The Mad Hatter then says "He is an evil sinister man, he's also the Queen of Heart's lover." Alice is confused by all these characters everyone keeps talking about. She then asks questions about the Doll maker. She then finds out he seems to sound exactly like Dr. Bumby. The Mad Hatter looks at the very confused Alice. Alice says "Dr Bumby says change is 'constructive', that 'different' is good." The Mad Hatter says "Different denotes neither bad nor good, but it certainly means 'not the same'! Find the Caterpillar Alice. He knows more about 'different' than you." Alice then says "But does he know more about the difference between bad and good?" The Hatter looks around noticing the Bolterflies and says "Making 'friends', Alice? You're as randomly lethal and entirely confused as you always were." Alice then says "I've come here looking for a fight." The Mad Hatter says "When you find the Queen you will be in a fight, now go away my child I have work to do." Alice the starts walking again and sees some beautiful flowers and a Caterpillar.
