The night before Halloween all of the creatures/monsters of the world come together. They plan on what they are going to do the night of Halloween. The creatures/monsters wanted to do something different this Halloween, something else than just being props in people's yards. The creatures/monsters don't want to just sit there and pop out and startle them a little. They don't want to be some old prop that stays in a shed all wadded up with loads of dust on them. The creatures/monsters want to make kids cry, want them to suffer, pee their pants, pass out, even the adults.
