This book deals with mental illness and abuse. For someone unknown wicked reason I like spooky thriller books. This book does not have any spiritual beings in it. In fact, if you saw the tags it is a romance book. However, the main character, Willow Manson suffer Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She had a troubled up bringing, i can't not say specifically how but you can just read and find out. I don't know to much about the symptoms of PTSD but I'll do my best to search them up. Some may try to comment "well why would you say that she has it if you don't really even know the symptoms?!" Well from the simple fact that she is a 21 year old adult who has night terrors about her childhood, she wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes screaming till her lungs hurt, she shakes in fear, she puts on this persona in front of her friends that she is okay but she isn't, when she sees a little girl and her mom, she has flashbacks to certain points in her life,etc. You we'll truly see that Willow Manson is not your ordinary young adult. She is struggling and drowning in her own pain. I don't condone self violence, but maybe that's what she thinks she need to conquer her past. All I can say is that if you ever feel like you are in pain, rather it is emotionally, mentally, or/and physically seek help from anyone and anywhere. You all are beautiful my loves, stay woke. 🔮✨
