The New Beginning

"Keep running! No matter what you do NEVER stop!" I suddenly broke the dream and was again in the real world. Oh so bad I wished I was back in that dream, I wanted to save her and not just myself. I wish I could have helped her how she tried to help me, but I was only five I had no idea what the future held for me or for her. My ever so dear mother.

Two Months Later.

No matter how hard I try I always hate myself for letting my mother go. No matter what I have to keep it hidden, I can't let my family worry. My poor family has been through too much as it is, how could I cause them more pain. So I will do what ever it takes, for them.

"what's wrong you've seemed so down lately?" Carter asked.

"nothing I just have a lot on my mind right now." I stated to my annoying cousin.

My "parents" and my cousin were taking me to a new private school for "special" people. They think this new school is just what I need. Just because I have no friends, I have terrible grades, and I hardly talk to anyone unless they ask a question. They say this school is perfect for kids that need extra help. As if I need anyone else to tell me what a screw up I am.

As we started down the driveway to the Eurus Academy I was kinda shocked how nice it looked. I started to get a bit excited and was thinking maybe this school would be different. Maybe it might be better here. 'oh my god.' I thought as we finally saw the entire outlay of the school. It was ginormous. There is no doubt about it, I'm gonna get extremely lost.

We pulled in to the drive and went to the office. I was just sitting there listening to a bunch of blah then I heard the door open. There walked in a gorgeous blonde haired boy about my age, maybe older, wearing a red v-neck with blue jeans and black old converse. He walked up and stood next to me, I had no idea why.

"Hello are you still with us?", the headmistress asked and I shot back to reality.

"I said Ren is going to show you to your dorm. Okay?" She said and I nodded.

As I was following Ren to my dorm all I could think about is what could possible be wrong with him he's perfect.

"I am not as perfect as you think," he stated and shocked me out of my mind.

'How the hell did he know what I was thinking. No it's not possible. Is it? Did he read my mind? How else would he know that I thought he was perfect? There has to be some other reason I'm sure.'

"Would you just stop worrying about it, it's none of your business how I knew." he growled.

"Last time I checked it was my mind and I have the right to know why or how you know my thoughts." I argued.

He turned and looked at me, "Look don't try to understand me or what I do until you figure out what the hell is wrong with you and what you do. Got it? Now here's your dorm good luck." and with that he walked away.

Well I just lost all interest in him, he is a terrible guy. I walked into my dorm and it looked as though a princess had lived there. Silk fabrick was everywhere. It was a light grayish white room with silver accents. It was so beautiful, then i thought some one else must live in this dorm. I mean it had everything already set up and even had a brush on the desk. So i turned around to walk to the office to explain that Ren had taken me to the wrong room.

"Hello. I'm Cleo." a girl said to me that was just there all of a sudden.

"Hi." i said back shyly and partly shocked.

"Do you like your dorm? i decorated it and set it up for you, so you didn't have to do it when you got here."

"Wow, thank you I love it. it's so beautiful." I told Cleo.

"Good I hope we get to be good friend. bye for now." she said as she disappeared out the door.

She was very strange but I kinda liked it, it reminded me of her. I shook it off and started to unpack my belongings. all I kept thinking about was Ren. What did he mean? How did he read my mind? All I knew was I had to get answers from him, and I was definitely going to.

I walked into the dinning hall for breakfast and before I could think about where to sit, someone Ran Into me. My head hurt so bad and my gaze was blurred as I looked at my attacker. it was a very shy looking boy. He's so adorable, like a little brother.

"Omg I'm so sorry I didn't see you and I ... was... Um.. I was trying to run." he said nervously.

"From what?" I asked.

"Him" and you guessed it he pointed at Ren.

"What did he do?" I questioned.

"He read my mind and told the girl I was going to ask out that I was.. well going to ask her out, so she turned and flashed her colored eyes at me. I freaked and ran." he answered.

"Colored eyes?" I asked confused.

"Her eyes change with her mood and they were red so she was pissed." he exclaimed.

For some reason Ren didn't seem to like me talking to... uh this boy. and he walked over to us.

"Why are you talking to her?" Ren demanded.

"I was just helping her up then answering her questions." he admitted.

"Well don't talk to her again got it?" Ren jeered.

"Hey I decide who talks to me not you." I argued.

"Damnit your already turning into her." Ren stated confusing both me and the boy, then walked off.

"Man I can't stand him. and what's with this school?" I asked.

"You don't know?" he questioned.

"No I don't and what's your name?" I responded.

"Oh sorry the names Jake and this school is for 'special' kids." Jake answered.

"What do you mean special?" I kinda think I know the answer to that.

"I'm sure you figured it out by now. anyway I gotta get going see you around Galaxy." said Jake as he walked out.

'How did he know that name? My family doesn't even call me that anymore. Alax is on all of my paperwork to. How the hell?'
