Arthit's Mae would not stop staring at Kongpob and Arthit was starting to get annoyed.
"Mom, can you stop staring at Kongpob?" His Mae snap out of it and looked at him with amused eyes,
"Why do you stop me from looking at this handsome man?" Kongpob just smiles.
Arthit's dad walked to the kitchen with his and Arthit's food in his hands, "Where's mine?" His wife asked.
"In the kitchen. I don't appreciate my wife flirting with a younger man behind my back," he said jokingly. She glared at him playfully and got up to go hers.
Arthit's dad, Dom, looked at Kong and to say he was nervous was an understatement, "How long have you been dating Arthit?"
"Almost 3 years now, sir" he said in a polite voice.
"And why are we only meeting you now?" He asked. His wife come out of the kitchen with her food in her hands and interrupted, "Now dear, your scaring the poor kid and I'm sure it's Arthit's fault for us never meeting him until now," she signed, "If I didn't call, he probably wouldn't have told us until they were engaged." Her husband nodded while Arthit had an offended look on his face.
"Arthit was having a hard time trying to figure out a why to tell you. He didn't want you to be disappointed in him. He picked up the phone so many times to call you, but he didn't want to just drop this unexpected thing on you, he wanted to be someone you were proud on and even if he knew you wouldn't turn your backs on him, he was still scared. We ever come out to my parents the week before and it was nerve-wracking for me so I'm sure this is nerve-wracking for him too. Yes, it shouldn't have taken him that long to get tell you, but he just wanted us to get to know each other more before telling you," Kongpob said in one full breathe.
Arthit looked at him then looked away with a blush. His parents were looking at Kongpob with shocked faces, but warm smiles.
'Why is he so sexy right now? Does he have to be such a romantic?' Arthit thought blushing darker until something hit him, "How did you know I was dating and that I had a boyfriend?"
His parents looked at each other and smirked, "Bright." Arthit rolled his eyes, ' of fucking course' he thought, 'can't keep his big mouth shout to save him'
"I know that look, Oon, don't even think about killing Bright," his mom said causing Arthit to shrug.
Not much happened after dinner, they just talked more about their relationship with Arthit's parents and after both Arthit and Kongpob went to him room,
"Leave the door open Arthit," His dad shouted and he blushed, looking straight ahead. You could hear Kongpob trying to stifle his laughter.
They entered his room and the door was left open. Arthit jumped on his bed and let out a tried sigh. Kongpob got on the bed too, in a way that wouldn't damage it, and tried to cuddle Arthit, but of it was futile.
Arthit was getting sleepy and he finally let Kongpob cuddle him. "P'Arthit, I like your parents," was the last thing he heard.
