Arrival

Kat's POV

"But kat you must dress up! This is the alpha prince! Come on please! For your old man?" My father begged me. I sighed in defeat.

"Alright daddy we'll compromise I'll straighten my hair and put on a little mascara and eyeshadow but I get to wear my soccer shorts and a nicer sports shirt..." Dad rubbed his hand over his face knowing this was as dressy as I got.

"Fine but you have to wear your nice converse not the muddy gross sneakers" I laughed and hugged him.

"Yay!" He hugged me back tightly and said sadly,

"I'm going to miss you my precious child.."

"I'm going to miss you too daddy soooo much" I said back. We heard a knock at the door.

"I'll get it!!!" I yelled Even though my dad was right next to me. And ran to the door. I opened it to find a couple dudes in suits.

"Ms.Daniels?" One of the dudes asked.

"Yupp! That's me!" I said enthusiastically. The same guy said,

" it's time to head to the castle if you would like to head to the limo....." I cut them off

"Oh heck to the no! I am NOT riding in a stupid vehicle for multiple hours! I'm going to run next to or behind you! You nice gentleman can bring my bag!" I shove my small suitcase into one of the guys arms.

"Oh yea I almost forgot!" I ran and grabbed my bag full of sparring gear, my karate uniform and my Bo staff. I shoved that stuff into the other guys arms.

"Scratch that Bo staff and your dead meat!" I said menacingly. What can I say, my mom gave it to me before she died. It means a lot to me.

The guys in suits gulped,

"Is that all ms?"

"Oh wait no!" I turned ready to dash back up the stairs but saw my dad holding my soccer bag in his hands. I hugged him and grabbed my bag, "thanks dad!" I turned back to the guard peoples throwing that bag on top of the pile, "ok that's everything for sure! Thanks for taking care of that stuff! Now, Let's get this show on the road!" I yelled running out the door and shifting mid step... Oops there goes another nice pair of converse. Oh well I preferred to be bare foot anyways... The men in black got into the limo and drove off. I dashed after them yipping happily. I loved to feel the wind flowing through my pure black fur. I ran happily after the limo jumping in every mud puddle I came across. I didn't care who I was meeting I was going to get muddy cause it's fun. It's been 5 hours and I was wearing down. I sped up until I was even with the limo and barked loudly. The guy looked at me and rolled down the window,

"We're about 10 minutes away ms.Daniels. I nodded sighing in relief. We came up to a huge gate, it opened letting us in. I slowed down to a trot taking in my surroundings. The castle was huge! It had a huge yard with lots of gardens and a barn full of different animals. In all it was beautiful it looked exactly like a castle from a fairy tale. We came up to the front doors and the lead guy announced,

"Announcing Kat Daniels daughter of alpha Daniels of the red blood pack!" I walked up the stairs covered in mud, leaves and other stuff, panting madly. What? I was tired from the run. The door people opened the doors and I walked through mud dripping onto the perfectly clean tile floor. I looked around curiously not sure of what to do. I heard someone coming down the stairs so I turned around my claws clicking on the tile.

"Who might this be?" A beautiful male voice asked. He was tall with short light brown hair and light blue eyes. He radiated power. My inner wolf whimpered but I just cocked my head to the side and panted still tired from the run. He pat my head and scratched behind my ear. I glared at him nipping at his hand. I hated being treated like a dog. He looked at me shocked that I would do such a thing.
