"Sh! We don't wanna wake him!" Noctis whisper shouted at prompto who kept chuckling "right right sorry!" They were laughing quietly as they looked at the sleeping form of gladio in their hotel room "(y/n) hand me the marker" I nodded as I handed noctis a sharpie marker and he started drawing on gladios face "hehehehe thks will be good" I laughed to myself as prompto hooked his pant leg to the bed "I'm back good morning everyone" ignis said as he and iris walked in ever since they arrived back in lestallum they met up with gladios sister iris and we were introduced to eachother and we became best friends "Iggy iris shhhh!" Prompto said "oh!" Iris said seeing the prank we were pulling "right sorry!" She said quietly as ignis went to the kitchen "do be mindful of what happens when he wakes up" noctis finished drawing on his face and he drew a picture of himself flexing and words that said "all hail king noctis the sexiest man alive" we all chuckled as I looked at his hand "oh noct hold his hand open real quick" he nodded to me and opened it as I grabbed a container of whilled cream and came back "oh nice" prompto said with a camera "ok ok hold still" I slrayed a massive hand full into his hand and put the cream back "ok now we wake him up" prompto said "right"iris walked over and lightly rubbed his nose then gladionwiped his hand over his face and opened his eyes "the hell?" He slowly looked at his hand to see the leftover whipped cream "the fuck is this?" He sat up and ubbed his face with the other hand and got some on that one then he looked at it "the fuck is this?!" We started laughing hysterically "hahahahahahaha!!!!!" He looked straight at us "the fuck guys come on!" We laughed harder "I like the new look gladio" noctis said "what?" Gladio grabbed a hand mirror off the nightstand and looked into his as he whiped off the cream and grew angry "all hail king noctis the sexiest man alive?!" He angrily looked at noct "ima kill you noct!" He shouted and tried to get up as we stepped back but he trilped and faceplanted the floor as his leg was tied up "ooof" He groaned as we laughed harder iris was hopping noctis was leaning against the wall I was holding my stomach and prompto was rolling on the floor as we all laughed "IMA KILL YOU NOCTIS!!!!!!" Gladio shouted as he untied his leg "OH SHIT!" noct turned and ran out the door as gladio chased him down the streets of lestallum
"Well that was an eventful return" ignis said as he walked in "I pray the kings saftey" I said as iris chuckled "oh noct's a big boy he can handle himself" prompto said "well with that I'm going to make breakfast" ignis said "oh let me help you" iris joined him "very well milady" ignis replied always the gentleman "so (y/n) heard from your brother?" Prompto asked as we sat down on the couch "no not yet i hope he made it out" prompto touches my shoulder "the attack was a month ago I'm sure hes fine we just gotta find him" he said with a smile and I nodded "I hope so" ignis walked out "(y/n) im afraid ive forgotten leiden peppers could you go get some for me?" I stood up "of course iggy" he nods with a smile "thank you" I grabbed my wallet and stepped out and walked down the stairs and towards the market along the way I was grabbed and yanked into an alleyway with a hand covering my mouth and I struggled and struggled "sh!! Sh!!! Relax!!! Relax claire!" I stopped when I heard the voice I looked over to see noctis with a scared face "its me its noct" I nodded and he let go and I faced him "why are you hiding?" Noctis looked around "because gladio could be anywhere!" He stayed up against the wall and looked around "have you seen him?" I shook my head "no" "wait why are you out here?" I walked back into the street and out of the alley "ignis forgot some peppers so I'm getting him some" he nodded and stepped out "well just keep lookout for gladio" we started walking to the market "how much gil do you have on you?" Noctis looked at me "um 120 right now" I answered and noctis handed me some "heres some extra" I nodded "oh, well thanks noct" he nodded "yea" he walked with me as I browsed the stalls "peppers" I looked "over here!" Noct called and I jogged over to him "found em" he said "thanks noct "yea" he said with a smile "I purchase about 10 peppers and we started our way back.
"So you got any techniques?" I looked at noctis "what?" He stopped and looked at me "you know your special thing? When I call prompto in battle he uses piercing rounds to damage baddies, gladio does a big swoop, and ignis throw his daggers" I nod "what about you?" He shakes his head "I don't have one" "well I have been practacing my meteor strike" he looks confused "meteor strike?" I smile "just call me in a fight I'll show you" he kept walking with me "alright" shortly we arrived back at the hotel and stopped at our door "well lets get some eats" I smiled "lets" we opened our door to see everyone behind gladio as he looked at noctis "Hey BUDDY" he said "noctis looked like he wet his pants "Hey gladio...what is this?" Gladio cracked his nuckles then ignis fixed his glasses "a minor set back"
