Chapter 18: Injury
Lee Ji Eun's POV
"Finee'' We whined and stood up then went to our lanes.
"Go!!" Jae Min blow the whistle and Rae Hwa started to run fast as she could. Same as always Rae Hwa hand the baton to Jae Min. Jae Min run fadt towards to Tzuyu who's waiting for Jae Min to gave her the baton. Jae Min hurrily gave the baton to tzuyu as she's ready to run. Tzuyu run towards to me while holding the banton on her hand. Tzuyu hand me the baton and quickly run fast as I could. I was about to make my last step to enter the finish line but suddenly I trip into something.
"JI EUN!!" My group mates yelled and quickly help me.
"Ouchh.." I whined in pain and secretly sobbing. Someone suddenly carry in a bridal way as My images went black.
Jeon Jung Kook's POV
I always took glances to IU everytime she'll run.
She's really fast as I thought.
Tzuyu pass the baton to IU and she quickly run towards the finish line. She was about to reach her last step to reach the finish line but suddenly she tripped into something.
"JI EUN!!" Her team mates shouted her name and I quickly run towards them.
"IU!" I yelled and quickly carry her in a bridal style then hurrily went to the clinic. One of the team mate of IU follow us in the way at the clinic.
She open the clinic door and I slowly put IU in the clinic bed.
"Nurse!" I called Nurse Shin as he quickly went to IU.
He check IU's ankle while Me and The girl with a whistle blowing in her neck sit beside her.
"She got an ankle sprain, she can't train for 2-3 days" Nurse Shin explain while putting a bandage around her sprain.
"Also don't make let her do physical activities until her sprain recovered and make sure to let her drink her medicine daily" Nurse Shin added and left us.
"Thanks for carrying IU here in the clinic" Her team mate thank me, I think she's there leader.
"No problem"
"I'm Shin Jae Min"
"Jungkook"
"Of course I know you, by the way please tell us if Ji Eun woke up. I'm heading back to the field, Bye" She bid me a goodbye and left me and IU alone at the clinic.
"IU please wake up" I hold her right hand. I suddenly fell asleep of waiting IU to woke up.
Lee Ji Eun's POV
I woke up at an unfamiliar white ceiling as my right hand becomes warm while the another one were cold.
I turn to the person holding my hand as I saw Jungkook sleeping while holding my hand.
Why did I ended up at the clinic.
I was about to got off from the clinic bed as suddenly I feel a pain from my ankle. I look at my ankle and saw bandage around it.
"Oh thank goodness you woke up" Jungkook suddenly woke up from his sleep and hug me.
"W-What happen?" I ask and he let go from the hug.
"You got an ankle sprain"
"A-Ankle S-S-Sprain?!"
"Yes and you can't do physical activities for 2-3 days"
"What?! I haven't train tennis yet" I burried my face using both of my hands.
"You could train your tennis after 2-3 days, also while your in pain you'll be watching me training ssireum tomorrow" He smirk.
"Nope I'm not gonna watch. I'm staying home"
"This kid, come'on I'll send you home" He stood up and bend down his knees.
"I'm giving you a piggy back ride" He said and I slowly ride at his back.

Wait what the hell is going right now?
"What bus number are you taking to get home?" He ask while walking towards the gate.
"J1B3 Bus" I responed and he walk towards the bus stop.
The bus J1B3 arrived and we enter the bus. Jungkook slowly let me sit at the chair as he sit beside me.
"Is your mom home?" He suddenly ask me and I shook my head a no.
*Beep* *Beep* 📱
My phone vibrates from my pocket and I took out receiving a text from Ji Hoon.

Noona I heard you sprain your ankle, are you okay?

Yeah I'm just clumsy to be born. Also I'm fine right now

I haven't seen you since morning. I was busy for the training.

Ani it's okay I'm also busy from the training too. By the way I have to go now. I arrived at my house. Bye 🤗

ungkook carry me again from his back and he went towards at my house. He open the door and slowly put me to the couch.
"Ouch!!" I yelled in pain as my ankle hit the ground.
"Gwenchana?"
"Do I look like I'm fine? You litterally let my ankle hit the ground" I rolled my eyes and whined in pain. Jungkook suddenly kiss my ankle and head to the kitchen.

I lay my back at the couch and turn on the tv while Jungkook do something in the kitchen.
I fall asleep while watch 'My Little Ponies'.

I woke up from the smell of a delicous food. I look at the kitchen and saw Jungkook heading towards me with a bowl in his hand. He put the bowl infront of me and gave me the fork
"Tteokbokki for dinner, After eating drink your medicine and went to bed, Arraseo?" I ignore him and continue eating the tteokbokki since it's very delicous.
