Today is finally the day. The day I will be landing at Incheon International Airport in Seoul, South Korea, on my way to meet my long time pen pal and now best friend, Min-Hwa. Min-Hwa has been teaching me Korean for the last few years, so I feel confident enough to enter the country alone and make my way to her house without help. This was a personal goal, 'see if you can make it there without a mental breakdown', so to speak. I read up on Incheon and the city of Seoul, so I would know how to get around, but I was not prepared for what I found when I landed.

Standing in the middle of the baggage claim after retrieving my bag, I was so lost. 'Calm down, you can do this! Don't call Minnie and tell her you got lost already!'. Walking around the airport, I felt like it went on forever, or was I just walking in circles? I swear I saw that trash can before... No, it's just a trash can, like all the others, you are panicking again, fool!

The airport seems busier that I thought it would be. I wonder what's going on? As I took a look around, I saw more and more young girls, all wearing BTS and BT21 gear. They were holding fans, signs, lightsticks and all manner of fangirl nonsense. They were all looking around so expectedly and seemed to be heading in the same direction. I got a little curious, and since I was lost anyway, I decided to follow them and see what was up.

"They should be getting off the plane any minute!", one of them said excitedly.

'They? As in, the group? Did I seriously fly into Korea on the same day that freaking BTS returned to the country? Great... now I'll never find my way with all these screaming idiots.'

I wasn't oblivious, I knew who they were, but I wasn't a crazy fan. I loved their music, but beyond that, I was no crazy stalker. Why fawn over them so hard when they won't notice me in the crowd anyway? I mean, I won't lie, I had them on my phone's wallpaper, they were definitely hot, but I was no one to them. I waited just a moment to see if they would actually come out, but I never saw them and I was growing impatient. I tried to leave, but was blocked in by a horde of screaming girls.

'Just great...'

I backed up to a wall and sat down. Might as well wait it out. They will clear out after the group departs. I can use this time to look up Minnie's address and plot my route. After only a short 30 minutes, an announcement came over the PA.

"BTS has departed the airport through a back exit, we apologize, but we hope you understand."

It repeated a few times and all the girls shrieked in a unanimous freak out. I rolled my eyes and waited for them to clear out. Some of them ran towards the back of the airport to see out the huge windows in hopes of spotting the boys' cars.

Getting up, I dusted off my butt and picked up my suitcase handle. Dragging it everywhere, I looked around for the exit I would need to catch a Taxi. I was determined to do it on my own, but after an hour, I was hopelessly lost. How the hell could I get lost in a damn airport for an hour!? Giving in, I looked for an attendant. Searching left, looking right, I found no one. Everyone was in such a hurry and everywhere I looked, people were lost in conversations. I didn't want to interrupt anyone, so I looked for any person I could find that didn't look too busy.

Almost in tears now, I looked down a side hall and spotted a guy all alone. He was dressed in all black, a long black coat covering his small body, a black snapback on his head and a black facemask covering whatever was left of his face. He was looking at his phone, but didn't seem to be talking or texting.
Now's my chance to get out of here. I was so embarrassed, crying because I was lost in a God damn airport, but I was at my limit, I needed help. 'I won't tell Minnie about this...'

Walking up behind him, I wiped my red eyes and tapped his shoulder. "Excuse me, this is my first time here and I'm so lost. Can you help m-"

He looked up at me in surprise, eyes wide open and I stepped back, clasping my hand over my mouth. His face was well hidden and his eyes were mostly covered by his shaggy brown hair, but I could tell right away who he was.
