Chapter 1~Mother and Farther
Edited
They were dead, the small amount of hope that they weren't and my mind had made a sick and twisted nightmare up to torment me was still a hope. But that's just a hope and this wasn't fiction, this was true.I held my breath, the realisation of it was one thing but the pang of pain in my chest burned, then my eyes burned as the stream of unending sadness and pain and misery and loss of hope i felt poured out my eyes. The eyes the gateway to the soul had let out tremendous tears of pain as my soul had broken and i lost part of it as the tears drained it away.

The stages of grief now had fully set into place and set a stage for a new life. A whole new life it would of course by all accounts be hard to adjust to for everyone but we can't change the past only focus on the future and the new hope and happiness that may lay their for all of us.
Lilith's Point of View-Present Day
I lay in my room studying for finals, what else would a nerdy, book obsessed person do in their free time. My friends all had curfews and I wasn't going to invite them over and get them in trouble along with myself. Despite my love for studies and books however I wasn't the most as per say quiet person. As I lay there head in book I turned on the stereo being that it was round about 9:20 I wasn't going to play it loud but I was going to play it. Listening and reading all ways suited my taste and I enjoyed the atmosphere to the point all the background noise coming from the rest of the house was soon enough drained out as I turned up the volume up without caring to look and the number I had turned it too. Soon enough I realised that was a mistake.
"Love turn that down" I heard Oscar call from behind the door. Oscar was probably the calmest of my brothers and in comparison to his twin brother Olly he was a literal angel. Olly was brutish and all ways liked to be seen as an angry, scary person and boy did he scare me.
"Sorry Oscar I'll turn it down!" i shouted over the music for Oscar to hear as i turned the speaker down.
"Quit shouting Lil!" shouted Xander louder than I ever shouted. I shut up though I decided it would be better to ignore him in this case he never liked to admit he was wrong he was a witty girl magnet that would be too draining to deal with. I had better ways to spend my time and me being a literal fucking idiot turned up the speaker letting the music drain him out. Next thing i knew someone was pounding at my door I quickly turned down the music and resumed my book.
"Come in" i replied not glancing up as the door opened.
"What did Oscar tell you Lily" stated Cole drawing my attention he was more rules must be followed, no disobedience yada yada yada sort of person.
I carefully placed a bookmark and rested the closed book on my knee.
"I'm sorry Cole" as i looked up again after apologising i noticed Alex and Olly were both stood there with him as well.
"We were at the door for so long Marie we do not expect this!" Olly interrupted the calm confrontation with him being shouty and acting all high and mighty how I would love to knock him from his throne. However Alex was in the room and I am not chatting back in front of him that would be a mistake not a happy little accident. (wink wink)
"Hun it's late we all just want to sleep" Alex stated in a firm manner showing dominance in his words reinforcing the fear i had of him along with the fear I had for all my brothers. I know that sounds terrible but I am scared they punish anyone younger than them and that's why I never leave this room or misbehave in anyway. They scare me.
