Chp4: Unexpected

*Flashback/Dream*

"Raven, why don't you and the rest of the girls go play at the pond? You can swim if you want " Daddy asked. "Ok! Thanks daddy. Hey girls, let's go play splash in the pond!" We all cheered running outside but got stopped in our tracks by all 'the boys'.

"Uhg! What do you want now Devin? We want to go play splash!" I asked tapping my foot impatiently.

"Ohh, can we play to?" Rob asked from next to him.

"No! You guys are boys and daddy said only us girls can play." I know, I know, he didn't say that.... But they don't have to know >:))

"Plus I heard that boys have cooties!" One of the girls behind me yelled interrupting my thoughts.

"EWW!!!" We all screamed stepping back.

"HEY!! Boys do not have cooties!" Devin growled angrily.

"Do to!"

"Do not!"

"Do to! And I can prove it." I answered.

"Oh ya? Fine than, prove it." By now some teenagers had formed a crowed around us to see what was going on. Just the people I need.

"Ok. Hey girls I know you've all heard boy calling each other bras, am I right?" I turned around asking the older girls as they nodded with smirks seeing where this is going.

"Well soon they'll be calling each other panties! That just shows that boys are sick minded, they're calling each other underwears! And therefore have cooties!" We all started laughing apart from the boys as they all yelled chasing us into the pond.

All the children of different ages in our pack get along pretty well with each other so we don't really fight, but when it comes to gossip, that's were I draw the line. I mean, who wants to know about some famous dude half naked in a pool? I DON'T!!! After a hour or so I finally got out to dry my wet clothes in the sun.

It was such a beautiful day. Men were having a BBQ in the back yard catching up, moms relaxing in the sun while watching their children play games and sing while the rest swim or share the latest gossip.*Shudder*

"Sweaty, do you know where your brother is?" Mommy asked me catching my attention. "Don't worry mommy. I think he went on some type of a hike or.....MOMMY LOOK OUT BEHIND YOU!!!!" But it was too late. The knife went strait through her heart.

I repeat, WAS a beautiful day...

I wake up panting, strands of loose hair stuck to my forehead. Haven't had that dream in a while, about six days before the boys arrived. Looking at my alarm I see it already 8 meaning school just started, at least the boys aren't awake yet so I can sort out their schedules.

*#~Jake's P.O.V.~#*

Oh is it good to be home, even if it means going to school. I arrived early and I didn't get to say hi to mom or dad, not to mention Tess, my younger sister, but they'll be fine. Getting out of my Porch someone comes from behind and squeezes me.

"Hey baby, I missed you so much while you were away."

"Vanessa, I missed you to." I answered back giving her a kiss on the cheek and walking to my locker with my arm around her waist. No we aren't dating or mates but I like the attention.

"Jake man, I'm so glad your back. It been crazy around here with the rouges and all." Sam greeted coming around the corner.

" oh hey. So you mean that rouge girl finally decided to attack and she's in our sells this very moment?" I asked with hopes. Don't judge, that girl is weird ok, and no ones ever heard her speak, not even to answer a question.
