Kaia turned to her sister. "I...I had a dream," she said. "More like a nightmare."

Katia pulled a chair up close to Kaia. "About what?" She asked. She could tell her sister was very rattled.

"Our mother. The day she died."

"Kaia..."

"I've been having them since I was a little girl and now I know why and I...Katia I need to know what happened." She said. "I emailed them requesting a copy of the accident report."

Katia took hold of Kaia's hand. "It's not going to bring her back. Why can't you let her rest In peace?" she asked as her eyes widened at her sister's words.

Kaia's eyes flooded with tears.  "I...I just have to know."

Katia pulled Kaia into her arms and held her as she cried.  "Kaia, listen to me.  You can't let this consume you," she said gently.  "She's gone.  There's nothing that could've been done."

"But these dreams.  These nightmares," Kaia said.

"Are nothing more than that.  Dreams and nightmares.  They aren't real."  She sat back and wiped the tears from her sister's cheeks.  Kaia, she's gone.  You can't focus on how she died.  I know that she loved us and that she's always going to be watching over us, but we have each other.  We have our family.  And now we have our father in our lives.  Despite all the years that he's missed, he wants to be part of our lives and I think we should let him.  He can tell us things about her.  Help us to know her a little better."

"I...Katia...."

"And you have the rest of your beautiful family.  Zayn, the twins, Karim.  Me.  Even Liam," she said.

"I know," Kaia said and glanced at the computer.  "But....."

"You aren't going to let this go are you?"

"I can't."

Katia sat back in the chair and sighed heavily.  "Alright, but promise me something."

Kaia wiped the rest of her tears away.  Silently scolding herself for getting so emotional about something that she knew Katia was right about.  "What's that?"

"When you get the report, whether they mail it to you or you have to go and pick it up, please don't open it alone."

"Do you want to see it?" Kaia asked.

Katia shook her head.  "No, to be honest.  Not really.  I don't need to see it and read about our mother's death.  But if it will give you some peace of mind, I will be by your side when you read it if you want me to."

"Okay," Kaia said.  "How did you know I was up?" She couldn't help but ask.

Katia gave her a small smile.  "Twin ESP," she said and watched as Kaia picked up her mug and drank her tea.  She glanced at the counter and saw that it was the special tea that Zayn always kept on hand for her and she was glad Kaia was drinking it.  It always seemed to calm her down and settle her.  "Kaia."

"Yeah," she said.

"Liam and I are planning on moving out.  Getting our own place." She said nervously.  She wasn't sure how Kaia was going to take it.  "I think it would be good for all of us."

Kaia continued to drink her tea and felt herself calming down a little.  She couldn't help but stare at the website still open on her laptop.  She blinked her eyes and then looked at Katia.  "Okay," she said.  "When? Where are you planning on moving?"

Katia stared at her sister in shock.  Why wasn't she blowing a gasket? Why wasn't she protesting she couldn't help but wonder.  Maybe this wasn't the best time to mention them moving, but why not just rip the band-aid off.  "Why aren't you getting mad? Why aren't you protesting, throwing a fit?"
