(Alice's point of view)
Where the hell was she? I ran across the field, tripping occasionally over the stubble. She had to be here somewhere. Aha! There was a faint scream coming from over by the river! Wait, the river? Seriously! Sprinting as fast as I could, I raced towards the river bank.
'Ready or not, here I come!' I shouted from behind a tree. There was no answer.
'I said ready or not, here I come!'
This time, I heard bubbles rising to the surface of the water and smiled to myself. So she was herePeeking out from behind the tree, I saw a thrashing figure below the surface of the water, and John keeling on top of it.
'That's cheating!' I screamed at the top of my lungs whilst jumping out behind the tree. Startled, he jumped off of her and said
'You weren't supposed to be watching!'
'It's still my turn though.' I replied.Jogging over, I saw that she was rapidly turning blue.
'John! You idiot! You weren't supposed to kill her!'
'She isn't dead yet! She's just being overdramatic.'
I wasn't so sure though. I took a firm hold of her and raised her up out of the water. She took a breath and immediately colour returned to her face, however she was too weak to struggle against my grip.
'I know just what to do with you...'
