Today is saturday, I'm sitting in the middle of my bed writing an essay for History.

After an hour of writing, my phone buzzes and I see that Alex texted me.

Alex: wanna meet up?

Ivy: ya sure, but we have to be back before 8:00 pm cause Carl is taking me out.

Alex: alright, be ready in 20

Ivy: ok

I quickly get up from my bed and get ready within 20 minutes.

A loud honking sounds from outside indicating that Alex is outside.

"So where to?" I ask as Alex drives, he doesn't say anything but gives me a smirk instead.

"Ugh why do you always do this" I say

"Cause your reactions are always so amusing" he says as he drives farther and farther away from my house.

"Ya ya whatever" I roll my eyes in amusement.

"And we are here" he pulls into a parking lot outside a big building.

"Where the hell are we?" I ask

"You will see" he says and walks inside, I follow suit.

As we walk in we reach the front desk, a lady behind it introduces herself.

"Hello! I'm Darlene, welcome to The Record Show. here are your tapes, at every station there will be a number so all you have to do is click the number on this device and you will hear about the station, enjoy your day!" we thank her and follow the arrows into a room.

I'm about to ask Alex where we are but the sight in front of me shuts me up.

In the room there are thousands of Records plastered on the walls, underneath each Record there is a small description and a photo of the singer.

"Wow, Alex this is amazing"

"Ya I know, this is pretty much like a graveyard for iconic and legendary singers and their most famous records. They're all original" he says with a big smile.

I walk over to one record and see a picture of Michael Jackson underneath it, I click on the number on the tape and start to listen to the song and the story behind it.

Billie Jean plays and I almost start to dance to the beat but then I remember that I'm in a public place, so I refrain myself and just lightly tap my fingers on my leg to the beat.
