Info of quirk: not to be confused with another quirk. Y/n's quirk allows him to use any quirk he can think of but he can only use 2 quirks at a time. If he tries to use more than 2 he gets a major headache and his body starts to get major pains (you may want more than 2 but I don't want the character to be too overpowered...actually now that I think about it, he could have the ability to stop time......shit...)

EXAMPLE: Y/n can control fire and ice but if he were to try and control wind while controlling the other two elements then he will black out and his body will begin to start convulsing

Looks:

Replace the hair color with your hair color. The left eye will stay the same while the right eye is whatever color you choose and that is your outfit. The markings on the face are gonna be there too.

Weapons:

You use this when going up against cops, never against heroes cause you have the fear they might break it. The sword takes a person's blood from a person's body. If you want an example then look at Akame's sword from Akame Ga Kill, except this sword doesn't stop the heart

You use these against everyone and they have basically limitless ammo cause you supply the ammo by using a quirk that makes whatever ammunition that is needed for the emergency your using these for
