HRM Roles:

HRM function's role in org change is in creating alignment, by dev HR strategies, policies & practices that support the proc by which the org adapts to its environment & meet objs.

-Partnerts in strategy role focus on aligning HR strategies and practices with the biz strategy & its exception. This demands a high level of HR & biz competence

-System role (HR systems) include designing, implementing, maintain & evaluating apporpriate HR and org systems, that help leverate support and suystain the new biz objs.

-Line accountability role: deals with the operatiobnal, day to day issue concern and needs of individual employees and the representation of these concerns to management.

-Agents and facilitators of change: 2 key roles:

+Change agent role: that is the individuals or the group who is responsible for driving changes in the org. The core responab of the change agent is to lead the change, blend the breath and depth of change intervention.

+Change consultant role: help the org build a capacity for change for facilitating the creation, dev, emplementation, reinforcement, and eval of HR strategies for transforming the org.
