Kaitlyn's POV
From where I was sitting on our bed, I could barely hear Ashton singing a soft tune in the shower. Not loud enough to make out the words, but enough to hear the melody. I smiled a little. I love him so much. I hear the water shut off, and Ashton still humming the same tune. He walks into the bedroom only wearing shorts, drops of water coming off of his wet and faling onto his bare chest. Ashton smiles widely when he sees me, obviously not expecting me to have been there.
"Hello beautiflul," He greets me, still smiling as he sits next to me on the bed.
"Hi Ashton," I smile back at him. He puts his arm around me and pulls me close, water dripping off of his hair as he places a gentle kiss to the top of my head.
"How are you today? Sorry I haven't been home much, we've been busy writing and recording," Ashton explains, adding a little frown at the end.
"It's okay, I'm good today," I reply and give him a reassuring smile.
"Thats good," Ashton says as he takes my hands in his. I let out a happy sigh and rest my head on his damp chest.
"Ugh, I'm so tired," He says, laying back a bit more.
"Me too," I say, looking up at him.
"It feels to early to be tired," He says, and giggles a little bit.
"That's okay, I like laying with you," I say as I adjust my position so I am now laying on his chest with an arm wrapped around him.
"Good. I like laying with you too," He puts his hand on my back and begins to trace little shapes into my skin through my shirt.
"Ashton, what was that song you were singing earlier?" I ask him.
"Oh, when I was taking a shower? Its a new one," He tells me.
"I like it. Can you sing it to me?" I ask, knowing he will gladly sing it for me.
"Of course baby," He smiles and I feel him taking a breath before starting.
"Wait, don't tell me. Heaven is a place on Earth..."
