Penelope treated Adeline like a daughter in the public, but in private she was turning her into a machine.

"Why do you always were long sleeves, it's so hot" Jughead questions his red head friend "I- no I'm fine" she stutters out "whatever you say" he laughs "is that all your eating " he continues, gesturing to her apple and water "yeah? Why?" She asks "nothing but I'm all the years I've know known you" he pauses " I've never seen you eat so little" he finishes "I'm just not really hungry" she shrugs.

"That's the first" he snorts "if you don't shut up I'm gonna throw this apple at your head" she threatens "do it" he smirks. She goes to jump across the table and attack him but a pair of strong arms wrapped around her waist holding her back "NO LET ME GO" she kicks and screams "your causing a scene" Archie laughs "LET ME AT HIM" she screams, she stopped kicking and just hung there in his arms "we don't attack jughead, he's a friend" he talks to her like she was 5 "okay?" He finishes "stop talking to me like I'm fucking 5" she snaps jokingly.

The red head puts her down and she sits in the bench, biting into apple still glaring at jughead. Veronica and Betty finally show up, she knew jughead and Betty were in a relationship. It hurt her but she didn't know why. She brushes it off as being protective instinct for her best friend "so what are we gonna do for our 12 year anniversary of being friends " jughead asks sipping his soda "are you fucking kidding me? Yesterday you forgot how to do a fucking push-up.....how do you possibly remember that" she laughs along with everyone else, at the fact that jughead didn't know how to do a push-up "well as your best friend i have made it my sacred duty, to know everything about you and our friendship"he shrugs.

"I'm her best friend" Veronica snorts "but she likes me more" he argues "well she LOVES me" she says exaggerating the love "this isn't over" he huffs as Betty and Adeline giggle and their friends stupidity "well I got vixen try outs" Adeline sighs "peace" she throws a peace sign and leaves "I totally forgot" Veronica laughs and walks away, followed by Betty after giving jughead a kiss

Archie's pov
"So you and Betty?" I ask "you and Veronica?" He fires bad "Touché" I sigh "I wonder who addy is gonna end up dating" I say sipping my water "probably some stupid jock that gets drunk and cheats on her like 1000 times and doesn't pay attention to her" he snorts "anyone but Reggie mantles he's-" I get cut off "uh sorry to interrupt but I'm looking for Adeline Lodge" a boy mumbles nervously "uh Theres a Adeline blossom?" Jughead says but it comes out more as a question "sorry yes, Adeline blossom" he corrects himself "uh she just went to practice, come I'll show" I say getting up and leaving a confused jughead "Adeline lodge?" He asks Archie who only shrugs before following the brunette

3rd person Pov
As Archie and the boy walk into the gym Adeline is getting a piggy back ride by moose "oh my
God" she basically screams and she jumps off his back and runs and hugs the blonde. Everyone looks at her questioned "right sorry, this is my best friend Dylan cormick" she smiles as she wraps her arm around his shoulder "and he's taken" she eyes the vixens who are Already checking him out. You see, Cheryl decided to give the vixens to her sister, as her time is taken up with the serpents. "Come sit, the vixens have try outs why? I don't know but every year we have to test the team" she sighs "okay I'm gonna do this once and probably only once. Music" she sighs and at the end she snaps hinting Betty to do the music as she and Veronica join her in doing the routine. "Middle.Now.Go" as she sits in the chair with Veronica on her right and Betty on her left.
"I need to discuss with my co-captains and I'll get back to you" she smiles and turns around to the girls with a frown "only 4 girls made the team" she groans "let's try her" Veronica points at a girl in the corner of the gym staring at them sadly "hey! Come do the routine please" Add smiles. The girl walk over, clearly nervously but manages to walk to the center of the gym. As she does the routine she has a small smile placed on her lip. Once she's done, she doesn't have time to speak "YOU'RE IN" Adeline screams with a smile, the girl jumps from the unexpected enthusiasm from the raven haired girl. "So uh Miranda Mendes, Trinity Gomez, Genevieve Martinez and Mariah Diaz , welcome to the team" she says with a small smile "your uniforms will be in the locker rooms" she says dismissing them and walking out sadly.

"Cheryl" Addy whines "yes?" Cheryl replies to her "only 4 girls made the team NOT including me v and b" she sighs "why don't you just turn it into a dance team, cheerleaders are overrated anyway" Cheryl jokes "I love that idea"addy smiles "thanks!" She says running upstairs thinking of names.

•••Next Day•••
As she runs to the table at lunch "Sun Dolls" she screams filled with happiness "uh what" Betty and Veronica say at the same time "So Cheryl gave me an idea to turn the cheerleading team, into a dance team and I came up with a name Sun dolls " she says with a big smile on her face "YES" Betty says clapping "I'm all for it" Veronica smiles "let's go tell the other vixens" addy says springing from her seat.
Later that day they are having try out "so we're gonna have 7 girls, you never know when one of our girls needs to bail" addy says checking off names as she calls them off. "Our first practice is tomorrow after school 4:30 sharp our uniforms will be delivered then. That's all" she says walking out.
