Chapter One The One That Left

Me and Colby have been friends since we where in dippers,but that all changed in 8th grade,we took out separate ways
How about we start with our family.

My mom and Colby's mom where bff's they still are, but keep in contact through Social media, anyways them being bff''s meant me and Colby would become friends, Colby and I are one day apart of birth, which made us even more closer.

When we first started school he would defend me from all the bullies and jerks of he school, of course he got in trouble, but I would always give him a kiss on the cheek as a reward, it use to seem like he would defend me because he wanted me to kiss him, but that didn't last long.

I'm 3rd grade was when I was really chubby, everyone made fun of me, and Colby would still defend me, we also started to realize things, like things we aren't supposed to know until we where in high school.

In 5th grade I lost weight, I was still a little chubby but I wasn't the pretty girl at school, Colby on the other hand, he found a friend named Depression, his parents where going through a divorce, he started to cut himself, but I helped him go though it and he was the same happy boy again.

In 7th grade people still bullied me, Colby still defended me, by that time people started calling us a couple, which was sorta true, we would always hang out, hold hands, and I sometimes kissed him on his cheek, and I had a crush on him at that point, but we where still great friend nothing could've changed that.

Except something did, in 8th grade me and Colby started the year like always, but in the middle of the year he started to change, he started to date a girl that bullied me, I never knew why but it left me heart broken, Colby had became more distant, but when him as his girlfriend would always fight he would come to me, one night him as his girlfriend got into a huge fight, and Colby went to my house to hang out, everything was going fine until, he made his move, yup he kissed me, my childhood crush was my first kiss.

After that we never talked about that day, he left and he never called me, texted me, he was gone, just like that, sometimes I still wonder why did he kiss me and just leave and act like I'm a complete stranger, it didn't make sense, at the end of 8th grade him and his mom moved and left, and I never saw him again, he was completely out of my life.

Now I'm in high school, I got skinny, joined the cheer squad, and I have a job at a cafe, I had a perfect life ever since Colby left, and nothing could ruin it.
~Present Day-
I woke up to the sound of my alarm it was my first day of school, I got up and changed into some ripped jeans, a crop top hoodie, and I put one a beanie like I always do, I went downstairs and I found my mom video chatting  with Colby's mom,

"Oh look here she comes now, hey June come say hi" she said

Yup that's my name June, not a proper name for a child but I guess it's a special name.

"Can't I'm going to be late" I responded
"Won't take long, plus it's great news"
I rolled my eyes and walked over to my mom
"Hey Ms.Brock, how you been"
"I've been great dear, and I see you have too"
"Yea I'm no longer the chicken nugget of the family" I said with a playful voice
The three of us laughed
"So Michelle, how has Colby been"
"Colby is great he really changed over the year" she said with a smile on her face
"Mom I got to go"I said as I tried to walk away
"What no don't you want to see Colby"Mom said
"Yea he should be down any second"Ms.Brock said
"Y'all talking about me"Colby said
"I really have to go" i said with a nervous voice
"What come on Luna don't you want to talk to me" he said in a flirtatious voice

Luna a nickname he gave me because we would always looked at the mood form my rooftop when we where kids

"Hi Colby"I said while forcing a smile
"How you been"he said with a smile
"Good but I really have to go"I said
"How about if Colby walks you to school"my mom said with a funny voice
"Yea that's a great Idea" Colby says
"But he doesn't live near us"I said with a confused voice
"We do moved right next to y'all Last week" Ms.Brock said
"Great I'll be outside"I said really slow
"wait up I'm coming"Colby said

I couldn't believe it Colby Brock was back in my life, and It may be for good.
