New Place

             Hey guys! I'm back with a new chapter. Enjoy!!

Hailey's P.O.V

            Poke. Poke. Poke. "I swear whoever is poking me is gonna-" I was going to continue my threat when I realised that Alex was the one poking me. "Alex,what the hell? I'm sleeping. You should too." Alex replied,"How am I gonna sleep when it's time to get off the plane?"

           It was then I realised that people were walking out of the airplane. I facepalmed myself and got ready to get off the plane. I took my luggage while Alex took his and we walked all the way to the exit of the airport.

           Alex hailed a taxi and we got in it. From the window of the taxi,I saw how beautiful California was.It had always been a dream of mine to come here. And now,I fulfilled that dream but in a dangerous circumstance. It felt awful that I was here on the run not here for the sake of a luxurious holiday.

             "Beautiful,isn't it?" Alex said. "Yeah.It is" "Once we reach the hotel,we can get some sleep before looking for an affordable place to stay in." At that moment,the taxi driver said,"Are you looking for a cheap place to stay in? Here in California,there is a street called Waters Street (A/N: I made it up). It has houses that are good in condition yet cheap. Are you interested?"

            Alex and I looked at each other before nodding. Alex said,"Sure. We're interested. Could you please gice us your number so we may contact you to bring us there after our rest at the hotel?" The taxi driver nodded before proceeding to pass us his name card with all his contact details.

          Looks like we have a place to stay. I just hope the high council won't find us.
