Forms! I only allow commented forms. Sorry. Pastebin and GoogleDocs both hate me. So commented forms only. Also, FOLLOW THE SLOT!!! There are slots for a reason and you need to use them! Unless you're applying for a custom slot. Then make them whatever you want. Within reason, of course. Please be detailed with your forms! Remember, the best form gets the slot!

Faceclaims! YOU MAY ONLY USE SUGGESTED FACECLAIMS! I've seen people completely stray from both reality and practicality with their faceclaims. So you must choose from the provided options. If you feel very strongly about using a certain faceclaim, pm me. I'll check them out and see if they'll work with your slot! I can't bite you through the screen!
