She smiled into the dark room, only lit by the fire on the farthest wall “She is a human who once worked at the bathhouse. She fell in love with my Haku. I sought you out, Demon, so you could…dispose of her for me.” she laughed.
“You and I both know I can only kill a human if they willingly walk into the spirit world. And even then, it depends on where she dies. I doubt Haku would let that happen. He is a very stubborn man I’ve heard.” Argued the demon
“I guess we will have to open the tunnel and let her in now wont we? Ever since I had disposed of Yubaba and her brat of a son, I’ve felt her presence at the gate.” She spat. “She’s been coming by every day trying to get in, and every day the gate spits her back out. She’s always saying she wants her Haku back. I won’t let that happen. He’s mine. Even if he doesn’t know it yet, he will notice my beauty and come running.”
The demon felt pity for the jealous witch of the bathhouse, but was happy to take a life.
“Wont Haku be curious as to why you allowed a demon into the bathhouse?”
“No one questions my authority, demon. The girl will be here in one day’s time. Be ready.” She said as she turned to look out over the river.
“Oh” a dark laugh echoed off the ruby red office walls as he smiled “I’ll be ready.”
