Background
Cyrus was just a kid who wished to be praised for at least one thing in his life. His parents refused to him that benefit no matter how many A's he got in school. No matter how many battles he won. Nothing pleased them and that left him with one conclusion. Emotions were the thing holding all of humanity back. He feels nothing for anybody it seems and he's attempting to form a team around destroying the pain that is emotions. His grandparents always regret not taking him in from his emotionally distant parents but it was already too late.
Personality
Cyrus is just a hollow shell that expresses nothing unless it has to. When he was younger he started off as a hopeful and determined child but the lack of any affection or praise left him with an odd image of what love is. He's never felt love for anything, not even his Pokemon team which stand by his side. He doesn't feel empathy, he doesn't feel sad, mad, or happy. It's just nothing. He plans to wipe out emotions so everyone has to hurt like he does.
Cause of Death
•though his team doesn't count it as a defeat, Cyrus was dragged into an alternative universe by the pokemon dialga. No one knows exactly what happened to him in the other universe, but the fact he couldn't get back was a rather dark hint.
