Harry's P.O.V.

Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and I were boarding the train to Hogwarts because Hermione insisted we go back for 8th year since we didn't get to finish 7th because of Voldemort. When we found a compartment there was only one guy in there. He had black windswept hair and dark brownish eyes. He was wearing a black shirt and black jeans. He was ripped, but not like body builder ripped, but more like a muggle Holister model. He also had this aura of death and power. We stood by the door. "Can we sit here, there are no more compartments?" I asked. "Sure" he said. I glanced at my friends and Hermione and Ginny were swooning at him amd undressing him with their eyes. I was furious, Ginny is my girlfriend!!! I saw Ro. Had a look of anger and envy. I decided to introduce myself, "Hi, i'm Harry Potter. And they are Ron, Hermione, and Ginny" I said. " Hi I'm Nico Di Angelo" he said. Huh, he didn't pause or gawk in admiration at me. I would have expected him to fall to his knees in admiration at me. He must be new.....right?

Nico's P.O.V.

On the train I got stuck with bushy-hair-girl, rachel's-twin, and scar-face. Finally the ride was over and we got off. I soon spotted Aunt Minny. Oh and by the way Aunt Minny is Proffesor Mcgonagall. She is a daughter of Athena blessed by Hecate. She is quite a legend, being the only Athenian without blonde hair.

I ran to her and she greeted me with a smile and a hug. She told me to go in the Great Hall with her. I will be the last to be "sorted", whatever that is, and she will just introduce me as an exchange student from America.

Hermione P.O.V.

Nico was just perfect....

He had this amazing body and he had this perfect hair. I saw Ginny checking him out too, but really, who could help it?

We all filled in the Great Hall but I couldn't see Nico anywhere. Finally I spotted him sitting at the teacher tables. McGonagoll probably was going to introduce him. I am assuming he is an exchange student beccause he is older and seems to be amazed by the castle. I was too busy staring at Nico to notice that McGonogall started the begining of year speech.

"Welcome back students, I am Headmaster McGonagall. I took over the post after.....the incident. I am here to tell you thank you for your help those who fought in the war. Also, thank you for those of you 7th years who decided to come back due to.....certain circumstances. We also have a guest this year, he is an exchange student from America. There will be more students coming in a week, so I expect you all to treat them with respect. Here is Nico Di Angelo the exchange student from America."

Nico stepped forward and every single girl swooned. Every guy glared at him with envy and anger. He just sat on the stool and the Headmaster placed the hat on him.

Not even a second later the hat yelled, "GRYFFINDOR"

Everyone was shocked and the Gryffindor table exploded into applause, mostly girls.

He sat on the far end of the table and I nugded Harry and Ron to follow me. I went to him , "Um...hi may we sit here?" I asked. He just nodded. I saw him glancing at a picture in his hand. "What's that?" I asked. He looked up, "Um.... me and my girlfriend" he said akwardly. My heart shattered, he had a girlfriend. I looked at the picture and he looked about 2 years younger. He was wearing only swim trunks. Wow.....he had nice abs. There was a girl on him piggy back style. The girl had long black wavy hair and really pretty green eyes. They were the color if sea foam. She had an athletic build and was way pretty.

"She is beautiful" I say through gritted teeth. "That doesn't even begin to describe" he says oviously day dreaming.

I made a vow that day.

Nico Di Angelo was going to be mine.
