i was done getting ready and i was in high waisted maroon leggins, a cropped tan sweater, and tan bearpaw boots. i left my hair curly and put on mascara, light pink lipstick, and blush.

i walked out of the bathroom and saw cam and all the boys, including shawn, in mine, jo, and gwens room.

"hey-who are you." i said to everyone, until i set eyes on a girl next to shawn.

shawn cleared his throat, "this is cassidy, my girlfriend, we started dating last night."

i looked at matt and motioned his hands for me to calm down, i took a deep breathe and then pointed to cam.

"nice to meet you, im karli, and this, is my date, cameron." everyone gasped quietly and i just set eyes on shawn, he looked hurt, liked he'd been shot, but guess what, i was shot first.

shawn looked at me with sad, tired, pained eyes and i looked back the same way, i bit my lip trying not to let a tear slip.

my phone buzzed and i looked away from shawn and read the text:

i replied back:

to: king dallad >.< wuht

k.e?? wuht, is there a problem?

i hit send but i quickly regretted it, im leading on cam and i hate myself for it, sure i like cam, hes been there since day 1, but shawn, i love shawn...

i put my phone away and looked at gwen and jo, jo mouthed the words, 'you okay?' to me and i shook my head.

"so cassidy, you said your how old? 12?" gwen smirked, ayee she got my back.

"nah, i think she said 11," jo corrected and smirked, i saw shawn flash a barley noticable smile.

"so you ready beautiful," cam said standing up and eyeing me up and down.

i blushed alittle and nodded looking at shawn, he looked down and a flash of hurt hit me.

"lets go," matt said breaking the silence.

all of us stood up and i saw shawn take cassidy's hand and i got shot again...

cameron put his arm around me and i leaned on his chest as we walked. accasionally i would look back at shawn and cassidy only to see him look away because he was already looking at me...

"karli???" cam said snapping his fingers in front of my face,

"huh? what?" i said

he looked worried, "you were like in your own world, we're here..."

i nodded, "sorry i uh- never mind." i smiled.

cam picked me up and put me on his back and started racing nash and jo, we wouldve won but cameron fell and yeah, that hurt.

"oh gosh, are you okay, babe?" cam said laughing at us.

i nodded and laughed to, it was a fake laugh, a fake smile, a fake good day, "im fine, chill." i fake laughed.

he helped me up and saw shawn standing in the distance with his hands in his pocket biting his lip and looking at me, he stared for 5 seconds more then turned and walked to everyone else.
