She's keeps running and yells "Cheshire!" [Suddenly materializing] "About time, too, Alice." "Blasted cat! Don't try to bully me. I'm very much on edge!" Says Alice. Cheshire says "Purrfect. When you're not on edge, you're taking up too much space." Alice says "You're no help at all!" "But you know I can be." says Cheshire.
Alice says "I'll frighten myself when necessary, thanks very much. I was hoping to escape all that!" Cheshire yells "Abandon that hope! A new law reigns in Wonderland, Alice, the train will destroy all if it's not stopped, it's very rough justice all round. We're at risk here, you be on your guard!" With that he vanishes in thin air. Alice keeps walking not sure where she's going though. Alice then finds herself in front of some sort of castle. Cheshire shows up and says "This is the Queen of Hearts castle." Alice says "I've killed her before though haven't i?" Cheshire says "Yes you did it was very mean." Alice says "It had to be done, Cat, you said so yourself! 'You and this Red Queen cannot both survive. She is a cancer in your body. Excise her or perish!'" Cheshire says "Well, she was the face of evil in the heart of darkness..." Alice says "As I recall she didn't treat you too well last time, lost your head as I recall!" Cheshire says "She was completely deranged. You picked up her crown, but now you've put it down. You must speak to her; what's left of her, anyway." Alice then goes to the entrance. Expecting to see the Queen she sees a man instead hanging. She asks "Who are you?" The man says "I'm the King of Spades." Alice says "The Red Kingdom's in ruins, but you're no better off!" The King explains "When you defeated her, I tried to reclaim the castle, but I was set upon by her monstrosities. The malignant royal bitch still reigns." Alice says "I'm here to petition her. I must get inside." The King says "The only way in is through me. Sacrifices must be made." Alice says "Those who say so usually mean 'they should be made by others'." The King says madly "Cynicism is a disease! It can be cured. Once inside, beware of the outsize killer who patrols her domain. Never confront him; he is invincible. Now cut me loose; I'll show you the meaning of 'sacrifice'." She then cuts him down and he grabs his sword. Alice then makes him stab himself. She says "Is that sacrifice enough?" With that she goes inside and sees a weird looking chair. In this chair is a badly cut Queen.
